so far today, i've spent a surprising amount of time gazing at the clock as each hour slowly makes its way around. wasting time. eastern standard time.
my first day in a week to seek out the baltimore kings--goodwill, value city, route 29, and the ever-elusive mary. yes, and seeing my dazzling sisters, uh, grow.
however, as a lasting hint to my place, their parents have planned an eighteen-hour drive to and from the home of some fundamentalist christian relations, a trip that involves the pleads for divine mercy from the kids and that extends past the new year.
it's funny how little time there is. and it's even more hilarious how little people value it yet are so terrified of dying. enjoy the cold.
