-----This film is the ultimate battle of evil vs evil that we have all been waiting for. All of the elements that made each individual horror icon great are present in this movie. There is Robert Englund as Freddy, we get Sean S. Cunningham's stamp of approval as producer and they even brought in Betsy Palmer back to play Jason's mother!
The only gripe that most people have is that Kane Hodder is not playing Jason. Now while i would have loved to see the big man back for this film, Kane as Jason would have been way too overpowering compared to the smaller Freddy.
Freddy vs Jason (or Jason vs Freddy as i like to call it) is the one of the best Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street films out there today. Be sure you get this film and place it in it's rightful place inbetween Jason Goes to Hell and Jason X where it belongs.
