These are pictures of our 50 stall barn. Includes 4 wash racks, 2 grooming stalls, and 2 tack rooms. Plenty of room for all of the riders to hang out and the horses to play in their 15x15 box stalls. All stalls located on the east side of the barn (the side that is not connected to the indoor) have windows that open to the outside.
This is the inside view of the barn. The door to the left is a tack room.
Here is one of the tack rooms.
The wash racks are located further down towards the end of the barn and include lead rings for tying horses. The grooming stalls are located across from the wash racks and includes cross ties so your horse does not run off! More pictures of this area will be up in the near future.
Here is the smaller 10 horse barn located perpedincular and east of the main barn. This barn includes a wash. This is one of the 2 boarding barns and is home to the stallions of OMF.
Moving outside, here is a picture of one of the 40 acre pastures. There are 5 in all. They are all 5 located just from northwest to northeast of the barn and arenas. Just down the hill, there is a small pond. If a horse is injured and is in need of rehabilitation, the pond is available for water therapy.
Here is one of the 2 schooling arenas. This arena is located in the northwest area of the grounds. The structure in the background has since been torn down as it was not of use to us.
The largest arena is pictured below with a picture of one of the grass show rings. These rings are the main arenas used for horse shows.
These are inside views of the indoor arena. There is Karen riding Ophelia! The indoor is attached to the west of the main barn.
Those are the facilities at Oak Meadow Farms. Please stay tuned for more picture updating!
