Anantya Yoga

• Melissa Cordero is a Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as well as a Reiki Master. Her teachings of Hatha Yoga include a practice of poses that incorporate chakra and energy awareness through each posture, allowing each movement to be a conscious meditation. Breathing techniques and energization exercises are also another important aspect of the teachings in which allow the student to direct and move energy through the body. Melissa has studied Ayurvedic Medicine and has integrated this medical science into her yoga classes to offer an in depth experience of balancing the mind and body according to each individual. She offers yoga classes through out L.A county including classes on the beach which have been aired on NBC news. Her teachings of meditation range from guided visualizations, sound meditation, and also finding your own inner silence through kriya yoga meditation techniques. She has incorporated different energetic healing modalities including Reiki to support the practitioner with profound relaxation and inner harmony.
