The Vinyl Underground is Ground Vinyl Record's new studio and lounge. Located in downtown West Chicago, IL, between Rt 59, Rt 38 (Roosevelt Rd.), and Rt 64 (North Ave.), it is easily accessed from all the western suburbs and is a 45 minute drive from downtown Chicago. The studio is directly across the street from the Geneva branch of the Illinois Prarie Path, and one block away from the West Chicago Metra (commuter train) station. Also in West Chicago are a good selection of restaurants, a bar, and a tattoo parlor (...you never know when you might need one). To the West, the cities of Aurora, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles and Elgin offer many fine restaurants and entertainment along the Fox River. Chicago, of course, is to the East.
