Charities/companies that I am or may use: www.trekforce.org.uk - the charity I'm going to Malaysia with. www.wwoof.co.nz ^- websites about WWOOFing - working on organic farms with local families/groups for food and a bed - what I may do in NZ or California, or both... www.statravel.co.uk - Student travel - usually very helpful and often quite cheap. Useful gap year websites: www.gapyear.com - possibly THE most useful gap year website out there - it has a bit of everything - and I won a book there! www.roughguides.com ^-both websites for the popular guide books- can be quite useful when looking for things to do. www.mtwthailand.org/Thailand%20Info/thailand_info.htm - much info about Thailand, that conveniently looks like an extension of my site since it is done with the same theme... ;o) Other useful/important/interesting/random websites: www.wanderingbod.com/ - my travel partner for SE Asia and her wonderful website! www.alleneccles.co.uk - a site by one of my friends (guess who...?). What it lacks in colour it makes up for in content! www.world-challenge.co.uk - The company I went to Honduras with last Summer. www.wanderings-of-a-lost-sheep.blogspot.com - my gap year blog - reams of not-so-interesting writing about my life... (when I remember to update it...) www.angelfire.com/indie/moose0/ - my other website - more inane facts about me that you never needed or wanted to know and a large section about my World Challenge expedition to Honduras last year. Really random websites I think are cool: www.reducedshakespeare.co.uk/forums and www.reducedshakespeare.com - one of my favourite theatre companies. Cast of 3, 37 plays, 97 minutes - v funny. I often frequent the UK forums there... www.rsc.org.uk - the other RSC - I see plays here as often as I can (though, still not often enough...), since they're usually outstanding with intriguing and genius design/acting/lights etc I love going to see plays there. *sigh* www.shakespeares-globe.org/ - similar, but without all the hi-tech effects, and more breaking of the 4h wall - a happy medium between both RSCs (indeed I just saw the Tempest with only a company of 3). Film@11 - band consisting of John Schwab and Mikey O'Conner (formerly RSC) and Dave - I've only heard the tracks on the website, but they pretty good - I reserve full judgement until I see them live or hear an album... www.blue-room.org.uk - great technical theatre/stage management forum www.thestage.co.uk - UK's leading theatre newspaper (online) www.geocities.com/Broadway/Stage/2203/SMhandbook.html - 'the Stage managers handbook' www.benfolds.com - Those of you with good taste in music will appreciate the genius that is Ben Folds Muffin Films - what more need I say? It has films with muffins in Run your own empire/country/dictatorship! - I did this for a while until school took over - good waste of time if you have time to waste... www.digitalblasphemy.com - 3D backgrounds to die for That amazing Honda advert - I love that ad!!! The Llama song - what more need I say??? www.bookcrossing.com - wow! what a great idea! www.vertical-visions.com/_temp/postagepaid/index2.html - Junk mail revenge!!! Hehe... not sure it'd work in the UK though... more's the shame www.sheetmusicarchive.net - lots and lots and lots of classical sheet music, free!! www.wikipedia.org makes you sound really knowledgeable... www.iep.utm.edu - great philosophy resource http://forums.philosophyforums.com/ - many philosophy related forums...
