Ok, welcome to the humble abode
that is my new gap year website!
A little about me - I've just finished my A-Level exams, but deferred my entry to university for a year in order to take some time out from studying, travel, read and generally have fun!
Hopefully this site will inform anyone who wishes to know about my plans, which involve a working, hopefully improving some of my language skills - haven't decided which one yet, but maybe Malay - doing some volunteering overseas, back-packing around SE Asia, then a little independent travel in NZ and California, to top it all off. After that I will return to the UK, would like to work at the Edinburgh Festival (theatre is my passion!) and then earn a little more money before starting at Cambridge University where I will be reading philosophy.
The rest of the site gives a little more info about my project with Trekforce, and plans in SE Asia, and all the other exciting things I hope to experience, as well as my fundraising efforts so far.
