Chopper Ride
After landing in Hilo, I took an open doored chopper ride to see the volcano. Joyce was our pilot. Here I am in front of the chopper. You will note a life jacket secured to my waist if the chopper fails.... I believe that is more for insurance purposes than to actually save my life!
