Bi-Yearly C.F.R. Cookout July 10th to 13th
Headline:::::...July Cookout 2008 : : Yes it's almost That time again But unlike the years before. This will be a Long Weekend Fund Raiser, so that you can Camp and come and go as you please.It is also being held the same weekend of the hillsboro Hot Air Balloon Festival.So besides enjoying music And Giving to a great Cause.You get to enjoy the local Fairs Midway of entertainment. This date will be Rain Or shine. ………….No Matter What……………. We Here at Floppland send our best and look forward to seeing and thanking you all for attending this years C.F.R.... So What's New This Year????? It's usually just a Cancer fund Raiser we hold here Bi-Yearly here at Floppy Land in Hillsboro County New Hampshire. But this year we have decided to Mix it up to benefit other causes. So here’s how it will go. All suggested door donations and tenting donations will go half to The American Cancer Research Institute. Now here’s the switch for this year. The other half will go to the winning performing acts charitable cause. That’s including Friday nights Karaoke donations of a buck a song to perform. So as each Act, Band, soloist, performs on Saturday July 12th, as they do there will be a donation bucket passed around or put in front of the stage. As each act goes on the money will be accounted for. Now the Act that makes the most donations during there performance wins by having all the money donated to the charity of their choice. So it's a win, win for everybody. Over night tenting $10.00 per night or $20.00 for the entire weekend from Thursday 6pm July 10th to Sunday 6pm July 13th.plus $5.00 for each camper.With use of the outdoor cooking and ating area.Now If not camping it's just a $5.00 donation for the day. Only $100.00 will be used for the rental of the outdoor facility. They are usually $200 but as my donation towards the event I will put in half for the outdoor facility...Also i will be taking care of the free outdoor cookout being held Saturday the 12th from 3pm to 9pm or as long as supplies last. serving Hamburgers’, Hotdogs, Salads ,Chili, and spring Water for the bands..ect... ..This is a B.Y.O.B....Event...As..Always.. Hope that covers everything. Oh yeah Tenting is by R.S.V.P .only so there is no over crowding. All acts wanting to Join in must notify me by June 13th All those camping must notify me no later than July 4th Weekend..... ..Daflopsta…. If interested and willing to commit..
