International
Marketplace
Here's the coy pond that's at the entrance
to the International Marketplace near Waikiki. This is the ultimate
place to buy native touristy things. You can get puka shells, other
kinds of jewelry, your hair braided into corn rows. It's steps away
from at least one ABC store. The ABC store is only found at a few
Hawaiian locations, Waikiki being one of them. That's not to say
there's only one, though - I would bet there's at least twenty
within a square mile. ABC stores have all sorts of souvenirs, gifts,
as well as stuff you may have forgotten at home.
