The Dynamos formed in the Winter of 2001 after long-time collaborators Tim and Joe were introduced to Guy Grace through a mutual friend. Soon after their introduction, said mutual friend entered a monestary. The circumstances are still somewhat puzzling due to the fact he once professed how much he loved sex. But anyway… After a year of writing and arranging at Superior Street Studios on Chicago’s west-side, Guy convinced multi-instrumentalist Derek to complete the group.
