There is information in each part of the itunes window, but not a lot.
Feel free to copy the code and customize it to your needs.
You may also want to modify the code to see what various parts of the code do. You can always get a fresh copy here if you really screw it up.
Each time you want to see the changes, you will need to delete it from the podcast directory in itunes, then subscribe again. If you don't delete it, it won't load the changes.
If you are careless with the code, you will cause it to fail in itunes.
