Oh this page AGES! Time has that affect on things... I'm known to friends as Valerie and not Val since I grew up and decided I don't like it. I'm a Gemini :) I'm 25 finally and what a year it's been. I've learned more about myself and my life in this year than in all 24 prior. Well, maybe not, but close.
I'm single again, and loving the freedom. I'm the butterfly of the zodiac, to tie me down is to steal all my sparkle. When I was a little girl, I caught a colorful butterfly, or a moth or some shiny thing that flew around me. And I touched it's wings, and while it was in my hands, it's sparkle, some of the glittery coating of it's little wings came off on my fingertips. I realized I had stolen some of that free little creatures sparkle. Furthermore, I knew that if I put him in a jar, he would die. So I let him go, hoping that my interference did not hurt him long term.
I enjoy singing above all things, and aspire to be a singer professionally. I was in a band called “Porno Jazz” for a little while, but unfortunately, I moved to Detroit and they stayed in East Lansing. They are good guys, and if they weren’t part of the generation that so values the power ballad riff, we could have done great things! :-) I have one kitty named Butterstuff. Truly the best cat in the world. She's clean, never knocks stuff over unless it's something like a mint or some other fun thing to throw around, and she likes to twirble at birds. Oh, and let's not forget her wonderful skills as Alarm-Clock-Kitty. If you're sleeping through your alarm, she'll bat you and meow in your face until you wake up and turn it off. :-)

Well let’s see, what else can I tell you about me? I have reddish-brown hair and blue eyes, I’m a tall girl with long legs. (See pictures). I like all things furry, truly value honesty, and am a firm believer in the power of a sincere compliment. We could all do better things if we would just take the time to increase the self-esteem of people around us. A lot of this has to do with my specific Gemini nature, but since I’m a “Client Centered Astrologer”, it would take me a great deal of explaining to get across just how unique a Gemini I am. :-) I graduated from Michigan State University with my degree in Communications. I specialized in Interpersonal Communications and it’s done me so much good! It explains so much about how people talk to one another and how it affects human relationships. Heh… Useless in getting a job, but priceless in the business world. I'm a fairly complex person I like to think... Boredom scares the shit out of me. I don't like to think that I'm capable of being dull. There are a lot of things you could call me that I'd own up to being in a heartbeat, but "dull" is not one of them. Flaky, yes. Interesting, I sure hope so. Fascinating, yes Thank You Nancy for that one. :o)
