Elliot Smith died
today. He sustained a single self inflicted stab wound to the
chest. He was 34.
We are very
saddened by this news. We lost one of the greatest songwriters of
our time. Elliot's music was amazingly beautiful. Introspective
yet on his sleave, Elliot turned his already poetic lyrics into
beautiful melodies with angelic harmonies. He was one of our
favorites. He will be missed. - jm
