Andrew Says:

With a tremendous hangover, I was not looking forward to this show, but there is no way to stop the rock. Earlier in the day I came up with the Les Paul Relief Fund idea, and was excited to carry that out. By the time the actual show rolled around we were prepared. We had a merchandise guy...thanks Andy...as well as Matt Anderson manning the Relief Fund effort. It was good to play with someone new and +S.A.F.E.- performed a very good opening set, but they looked kinda sad. You need to cheer up guys, your band is good. By the time we got up to play the crowd was a fairly good size and also very young. Matt was later quoted as saying, "It reminded me of my sophomore year of high school when I saw my first Buzz Spectors show." Damn I felt old, but there were some kids getting dropped off by their parents. Here's to a new generation of Buzz Spectors fans. Overall, I think we played very well, and people were into it. It was one of our better Kiss the Sky shows.
