Match 1
Takehiro Dakatsu vs. Chocomog KASAI [P*WIN]
1 Fall, 15 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Hiroyoshi Tangara
Dakatsu entered first, getting some support from the fans. P*WIN's Chocomog KASAI was next, and was booed heavily. Chocomog attacked on the bell, rushing Dakatsu into the corner before blatantly kicking him with a low blow! He pulled him up, spiking him with a DDT for an early one count. The match continued on like that for a little while, Dakatsu struggling to get into the match. 6 minutes in he caught KASAI with a hurricanrana whip, though, the crowd popping as he slowly turned things around. Later, he hit a belly to belly suplex, covering for 2. He attempted a Niebla Lock, but KASAI managed to kick him off. A Dakatsu lariat was caught with another low blow by Chocomog, who attempted his Overdose. Dakatsu caught him, though, tossing him stomach first at the mat. Chocomog pulled himself up, Dakatsu charging out of the corner and clocking him with a spinning leg lariat! He desperately covered, Chocomog kicking out at 2.5. Dakatsu went up top, going for a moonsault press, but KASAI got his legs up! He pulled Dakatsu up, scooping him up and nailing a brainbuster for 2.5. He attempted to bring Dakatsu up once more, but Takehiro stuck a thumb in his eye (which was actually CHEERED, thanks to the crowd's bias against KASAI due to his attitude)! He spun Chocomog around, going for a German Suplex whip, but KASAI landed on his feet! He caught Dakatsu by surprise, nailing his own German Suplex, bridging for 2.9! He brought Dakatsu to his feet once more, only to slam him down, lining him up in front of the buckle. KASAI went up top, nailing an amazing Firebird Splash, Dakatsu finally staying down!
Winner: Chocomog KASAI
Finishing Move: Firebird Splash
Time Of Match: 9:54
Rating: **3/4
KASAI left after the match, Naoyuki Watanabe helping Dakatsu up. The crowd cheered for Dakatsu as he left, appreciating his effort.
Match 2
KANJI Sakaigama, "Bad Genome" Kyohei Yamada & Johnny Subtlefuck [P*WIN] vs. ATSUKA, Zhang Jia Hao & Rikiya Yunome
1 Fall, 20 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Hiroyoshi Tangara
The Sekigun team entered first, getting obvious support from the crowd. ATSUKA and Yunome soaked it in, while Zhang Jia Hao marched to the ring, ignoring the crowd. The united VioMAX/Dishonor army was next, but the crowd quickly stirred as they noticed an unexpected guest trailing the three: Oita Pro's Crossing Guard Shimoda! Shimoda was dressed differently than normal, however, wearing medical scrubs, a light attached to a headband and a stethoscope hung around his neck. He also curiously had with him a straightjacket. Upon the four entering the ring Yamada snatched the microphone from Yoshihiro Fujinaka, pointing at Zhang Jia Hao and screaming "Dr. Zbordzkvoff (gestures to Shimoda) says ZHJ has the acute case of assbrain, a serious mentally disorder!" Shimoda clicked the light on his headband on (which made no difference at all, considering the ringlights) and quickly advanced on Zhang Jia Hao, thrusting the straight jacket at him in elaborate fashion. Yamada, Sakaigama and especially Subtlefuck went into fits of laughter, Jia Hao's partners staring in horror. Finally Shimoda managed to get Jia Hao's back turned to his comrades, the three jumping him from behind as the bell rang! Shimoda began to lay in stomps, before ATSUKA disposed of him by tossing him over the top. ATSUKA and Yunome found themselves attacked as well, the rudos taking control for the first several minutes of the match. Kyohei Yamada showed an amazing mean streak, rabidly pounding the hell out of his opponents. Of course, ATSUKA vs. KANJI was also a highlight, the two expanding on their hatred by destroying each other both in and out of the ring. A big nearfall came 9 minutes in, Johnny Subtlefuck dumping Rikiya Yunome with the Muffdriver (Pedigree), covering for a big 2.5, ATSUKA saving! This of course brought in KANJI, ATSUKA ducking a zero-sen kick before planting him with the Punk Rock about rising! ATSUKA rolled KANJI up in a la majistral, Kyohei Yamada saving at 2.5! Zhang Jia Hao hit the ring, sending Yamada down and to the outside with a rolling solebutt. Jia Hao climbed up top, preparing to launch himself onto Yamada. Crossing Guard Shimoda quickly leapt onto the apron, though, grabbing Jia Hao by the neck and dropping him with the Shimoda Stunner (avalanche style stunner) to the OUTSIDE, both crashing onto the apron! In an attempt to salvage Jia Hao's attempt Rikiya Yunome took off, only to find himself taken to the mat with force by a Johnny Subtlefuck lariat! Meanwhile ATSUKA set KANJI up for an ATSUKA Twister, Sakaigama landing on his feet behind. ATSUKA quickly turned around, only to be knocked silly by a high kick! He spun 180 degrees, KANJI leaping and rolling him up into a Japanese leg roll clutch for...3!
Winners: KANJI Sakaigama, "Bad Genome" Kyohei Yamada & Johnny Subtlefuck [P*WIN]
Finishing Move: High Kick > Japanese Leg Roll Clutch (Sakaigama to ATSUKA)
Time Of Match: 9:46
Rating: **1/2
The crowd gasped after the match, ATSUKA quickly kicking out. Sakaigama wasn't done though, knocking ATSUKA into the corner with kicks after the match. Rikiya Yunome attempted to stop them (Zhang Jia Hao still laid out on the outside), but found himself overwhelmed by Yamada and Subtlefuck. Help quickly arrived, though, in the former of Usagi Yoshida, GALLEON, Joey Spencer and Mammoth Ranger! VioMAX/Dishonor quickly retreated, screaming obscenities at the faces as they made their exit.
Match 3
"MAMMOTH" Furiano & Monster Shinigami vs. Genji Yamato & Joshyn The Mighty
1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Hiroyoshi Tangara
All four men entered separately, each getting a loud reaction from the crowd. The two "comedy" wrestlers, Shinigami and Joshyn, started the match for their respective teams. The much larger Monster spent the opening portions dominating his smaller opponent, keeping him trapped in the corner and smashing him with repeated blows. Joshyn refused to give up, infuriating Shinigami. He called "MAMMOTH" Furiano into the ring, and the two men hit a double lariat on Joshyn, sending him crashing to the mat! Shingami followed up by covering, only managing a two count. Frustrated, he tagged out to Furiano, again hitting a double team move on Joshyn, this time a double shoulderblock. Furiano continued the onslaught by applying a reverse chinlock, cranking back on Joshyn's head! Finally having seen enough, Genji Yamato entered the ring for the first
time in the match, illegally, and delivered a series of stomps to Furiano's back. Furiano let out a roar, and simply cranked even harder on the hold! Shinigami entered the ring in an attempt to neutralize Yamato, but was met with a STIFF judo chop, sending the big man to the ground. Furiano continued the pressure on the hold, and just when Joshyn was in danger of submitting, Yamato was finally able to drop a big elbow on Furiano, breaking the hold, and drawing an array of mixed heat from the fans. He dragged Joshyn to his own corner, and then tagged himself in, making the fans go wild for a Furiano/Yamato confrontation! Yamato bounced off the ropes, but Furiano sprung back to his feet, hitting a MAMMOTH Homerun, and following up with a flash pin attempt for the early victory. He came within inches of a three count, Yamato kicking out at the last possible second. The end came with Yamato and Shinigami in the ring. Shinigami aimed a lariat, Yamato ducking under and hitting the ropes. Shinigami turned, only to be taken down with a step-up Diamond Blue! Shinigami shocked the crowd, pulling himself up, but found himself hit with one more! Yamato hooked a leg, Joshyn desperately holding back Furiano as Referee Tangara counted the three!
Winner: Genji Yamato & Joshyn The Mighty
Finishing Move: Diamond Blue (Yamato to Shinigami)
Time Of Match: 13:10
Rating: **1/2
Match 4 P*WIN JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Matt Morrigan [C] vs. Joey Spencer
1 Fall, 60 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Yoshiyuki Okano
The fourth P*WIN Junior Heavyweight champion, Morrigan, would be making his first defense against the first P*WIN Junior Heavyweight champion, Spencer. Joey Spencer entered first, being seconded by his brother, Elias. Spencer seemed rather focused, with this being his first shot at the title he lost almost eighteen months ago after an amazing eight defenses. Morrigan then made his first appearance, carrying his title belt with him and being followed by Johnny Subtlefuck and Chocomog KASAI. Surprisingly, P*WIN's co-head trainer and one-half of the P*WIN Tag Team Champions, Jeremy Rhodes, appeared to read the declaration of the title. As soon as Rhodes stepped out of the ring, Morrigan jumped his challenger, slamming Spencer's head into the turnbuckle! Spencer staggered out swinging, only to have Morrigan duck and take him down with a clothesline. Spencer responded by dropkicking Morrigan directly in the jaw! The match carried on, back and forth, until Spencer connected with an incredibly stiff forearm shot. Morrigan, holding his jaw (which appeared to have dislocated), then fell victim to a surprise IHOP Drop to end the match and, shockingly, his title reign!
Winner: Joey Spencer (Spencer becomes 5th P*WIN Junior Heavyweight champion)
Finishing Move: IHOP Drop
Time Of Match: 7:51
Rating: **1/4
Morrigan needed to be attended to by doctors post-bout, as his jaw was put back in place in the ring(!). Spencer appeared concern for his enemy, and Subtlefuck and KASAI also were very concerned. The fans politely applauded as Morrigan was assisted to the back by Subtlefuck and KASAI, as Rhodes strapped the title belt around Joey Spencer's waist.
Match 5
Stevie .C vs. FIREBIRD
1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Hiroyoshi Tangara
The match started off with a bang, FIREBIRD rushing Stevie into the corner. He attempted an early Death Valley Bomb, but Stevie slipped behind, clocking him with a trifecta of elbow smashes. FIREBIRD staggered out, Stevie charging and taking his head off with a lariat! A wild fight in every sense, Stevie and FIREBIRD brawled around ringside, stopping only to break Tangara's counts every 18 seconds or so. By the time the fight slowed down, both men were beaten and bloody, FIREBIRD hitting a particularly nasty gusher when Stevie smashed him forehead-first into the rail. Stevie attempted a jumping piledriver on the outside, but found himself back bodydropped hard onto the floor! FIREBIRD slid into the ring, waiting as Stevie .C pulled himself up. FIREBIRD climbed up top, before leaping onto Stevie with a tope! Both were down after that, FIREBIRD sliding into the ring at 15 and Stevie BARELY getting in at 19. FIREBIRD controlled for the next couple of minutes, hitting his ropewalk clothesline, backdrop suplex and a brainbuster for 2.5 counts. He pulled Stevie up, before finally dropping him with a Death Valley Bomb! He hooked the leg hard, Stevie BARELY getting out at 2.9! The end came with FIREBIRD still in control, a minute or so later. He went up top, possibly for his shooting star press, but Stevie crotched him up top, before press slamming him to the mat. FIREBIRD slowly got to his feet, Stevie charging out of the corner and CRACKING him with a a disgustingly stiff Iron Blaster Yakuza Kick! A bloody Stevie dropped onto FIREBIRD, Referee Tangara slapping the mat three times.
Winner: Stevie .C
Finishing Move: Iron Blaster
Time Of Match: 7:59
Rating: **1/4
Match 6
Yoshikazu Kanda & Targa vs. Keiji Takano & Wataru Kobe
1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Yoshiyuki Okano
Both sides got great reactions on their way to the ring. The match started very slowly, with basic matwork from all four. Hybrid styled wrestlers Takano and Kobe dominated the early stages, with impressive counters and holds. Kanda managed to force things to a vertical base, though, chopping Kobe and Takano red before unloading with a series of guh punches. Kanda dropped Kobe with a DDT, covering for 2. Kanda worked over Kobe's neck, wearing him down with strikes, submissions, and head drop moves. Things changed once Targa was tagged in, the Takano Dojo dominating him. A nearfall 8 minutes in saw Kobe clock Targa with the Hyper Knee, Takano attempting to hold Kanda in the corner. Kobe covered, Kanda BARELY getting passed Takano and saving at 2.9! Later, Takano trapped Targa in the Takano Lock A, Kobe holding Kanda back. Kanda quickly had enough, though, hitting Kobe with a potato shot before kicking Takano DIRECTLY in the face to break the hold! Throughout the match sequences such as that took place, Kanda having to save Targa. Meanwhile he wore his opponents down, Kobe and Takano both having swelling faces by the time he was done. Finally, though, Takano had enough, forcing him into the buckle before attacking with middle kicks. He then back up, cracking Kanda with a spinning heel kick to the face! The end came at the 14 minute mark. Wataru Kobe rushed Yoshikazu Kanda, who was tagged in. Kobe aimed a high kick, Kanda catching it and slamming him to the mat. He pulled Kobe up, before driving him down onto his neck with a powerbomb! Kanda leaned over for the cover, Targa desperately rushing the ring to hold Takano back. Referee Okano counted the three, Kanda and Targa getting the win!
Winners: Yoshikazu Kanda & Targa
Finishing Move: Powerbomb (Kanda to Kobe)
Time Of Match: 14:10
Rating: **1/2
Match 7
"Puroresu Powerhouse" Kazuma Fujita & Tetsuo Tange vs. Big Poppa Dan & GALLEON
1 Fall, 30 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Yoshiyuki Okano
The anger Fujita expressed with Dan in a recent interview was evident from the start, as he started off the match for his team and demanded Dan do the same. GALLEON (who originally was going to start) looked to Dan, who hesitated briefly, then nodded and made the tag in. Immediately, Fujita rushed him and hammered him with stiff elbows, then sent him into the ropes and hit a Fujita lariat! Though Dan was in a bad way, the "Puroresu Powerhouse" didn't even
bother to make the cover, standing over Dan and yelling for him to get up, even slapping him in the face. After the explosive start, things calmed down considerably with Fujita mostly taking
his aggression out on BPD, who, dazed from the lariat, seemed mostly unresponsive despite the crowd rallying behind him and was treated almost like a rookie, being chopped and stretched hard. Finally, when Fujita hooked him up for a brainbuster, Dan fought it off with body blows and hit a spinebuster type slam to break away, crawling over and tagging GALLEON. The young junior heavyweight seemed unsure how to approach his much larger opponent, but fortunately for him, Fujita showed no interest and tagged Tange. GALLEON easily outwrestled the young powerhouse for a few minutes, his superior speed making him hard to catch. Tange was nearly beaten several times, including nearly getting pinned with La Majistral and almost being forced to tap out to a jujigatame, but displayed impressive power for a brief comeback when he countered a swinging DDT into a water wheel drop for a 2 count. He tried to follow up on his advantage, whipping GALLEON to the corner and following in with a charge, but GALLEON slickly jumped over the rope to the apron. Tange crashed into the buckle and stumbled away, GALLEON hopping up to the top rope and hitting an enzui missile dropkick in one smooth motion! GALLEON rolled over to his corner, tagging BPD, who seemed to be mostly recovered now. Dan unloaded on Tange with chops to the chest and applied a Sharpshooter, which was quickly broken up by Fujita, who made sure to get in some spiteful stomps to Dan. Dan kept up the attack on Tange with a big boot off the ropes and a Dragon sleeper, but Fujita broke it up again. Tange wasn't able to put up much resistance, though, and was nearly pinned after a SICK running DDT, but Fujita broke the pin up at just a 1 count and dragged Tange over to their corner. Fujita propped Tange up, stepped onto the apron, tagged, and stepped back through the ropes. Dan met him gamely but Fujita slapped him hard in the face! Dan responded in kind, and the two traded chops and slaps back and forth, the crowd getting fired up by the exchange. Dan seemed to stagger Fujita with one particularly hard slap right to the ear and got him in a waistlock, but Fujita stunned him with a HARD back elbow, then turned and leveled him with a short lariat. As Dan fell, Fujita pounced on him right away and applied a kataha-jime. GALLEON ran into the ring and tried to break it up, but Fujita was unrelenting and Dan was on the verge of blacking out, so submitted.
Winners: "Puroresu Powerhouse" Kazuma Fujita & Tetsuo Tange
Finishing Move: Kataha-Jime (Fujita to BPD)
Time Of Match: 13:37
Rating: **1/4
Match 8 - MAIN EVENT
"The Superstar" Jason Ramsey & Usagi Yoshida vs. Dragon's Rage
1 Fall, 60 Minute Time Limit
Referee: Yoshiyuki Okano
Continuing their recent trend, Dragon's Rage marched to the ring with little fanfare, looking horribly grumpy. The double champion team of Jason Ramsey and Usagi Yoshida received a monstrous ovation, perhaps the loudest of the night. Yoshida and Kyojima started out, scrapping on the mat for a little while. Usagi dominated with his impressive mat skill, keeping Kyojima tied up and locked in several holds. Kyojima managed to tag out 3 minutes in, Sattori hitting the ring in a rage and clocking Yoshida with a running high kick! Hatushi brutalized the Revolution Champion, kicking him all over the place. Usagi refused to back down, though, and got a flash nearfall when he ducked a high kick and rolled Hatushi up into a schoolboy for 2.9! This brought in Kyojima, Dragon's Rage double teaming Usagi by forcing him into the corner and attacking with stomps. Jason Ramsey entered, decking Kyojima with a running elbow smash before scuffling with Sattori. He forced Sattori into the ropes, hitting him with a STIFF chop as Kyojima and Usagi rolled out of the ring. He followed it up with two more, before whipping Sattori to the ropes. He hit them himself, charging back and attempting a running elbow smash. Sattori ducked, before swinging a high kick and clocking Ramsey in the back of the head. Ramsey staggered out, Hatushi grabbing him and dumping him onto his neck with a release German suplex! A cover followed, Usagi Yoshida breaking at 2.5. Sattori controlled Ramsey for a bit, before Ramsey ducked another high kick. Sattori quickly turned, running right into an Exploder! He pulled himself up but was caught again, dropped with a Gargoyle suplex! Ramsey covered, Sattori kicking out at 2.5! Ramsey called for the end, going for the Superdriver. He pulled him up but Sattori shifted his weight, clinging to Ramsey with his legs and hitting a hurricanrana whip! Both scrambled to their feet, Sattori kicking Ramsey in the stomach and crunching him with a vertical drop brainbuster! He hooked the leg, Kyojima holding back Yoshida, but Ramsey managed to kick out at 2.9! Latter, Yoshida managed to lock Sattori in the Crystal Twist. Before any damage could be done, though, Kyojima leaped off the top, dropkicking Usagi in the face to break the hold! Kyojima went up top, before dropping a 450 (Firebird) Splash as Sattori rolled out of the ring, Yoshida kicking out at 2.5! Kyojima set Yoshida up for the "Phoenix Flare", but Yoshida latched onto Kyojima's neck, headscissoring him across the ring! Both men scrambled to their feet, Yoshida ducking a right hand shot and scooping Kyojima up for the Crystal Smash. Sattori hit the ring, though, cutting Yoshida off with a spinning heel kick to the face! Ramsey hit the ring, attacking Sattori with an elbow rush before tossing him outside. Yoshida rolled out, Ramsey pulling Kyojima up and clocking him with a rolling elbow smash! He covered, Kyojima getting a shoulder up at 2.5! Ramsey signaled for the end, pulling Kyojima up once more. He gutwrenched him and hit a Doctor Bomb, this time Kyojima staying down for the three!
Winners: "The Superstar" Jason Ramsey & Usagi Yoshida
Finishing Move: Doctor Bomb
Time Of Match: 14:04
