The O.C.
Is just the coolest show. Of course on the surface it's about beautiful people and their upper class problems (seen it many times before). Once you get past that it really is entertaining, fun and moving. I'll admit though, the best character is definitely Seth. I love his sense of humor, intelligence and quirkiness and the fact that he's the nerd of the show. Yet he manages to get the girl he's been in love with for years. There should be more people like Seth in real life!

Let's hope it brings Live back to Europe for a tour.

Live, Live, Live
Mood:  chillin'
One of my favourite bands over the past years is the American band Live. They are an amazing bunch because they have heart and soul behind the career and image which seems rare these days.
Songs I would recommend by Live: Selling The Drama, All Over You, Lightning Crashes, The Dolphin's Cry, They Stood Up For Love, Heaven and Runaway.
Go to the fan website, they often put out songs and videos: www.friendsoflive.com

Ozzy, the one and only
An old episode of the Osbournes shows Ozzie's fab new motorcycle.
But wait- Ozzie didn't know how to start the thing!
That's ok, he's still the greatest (tv) rock'n'roll dad I know...
He does however know how to make fabulous drinks using a blender, Sharon wasn't very impressed though. Wonder why? Oh yes, because he started the blender, went to sit down and returned much later. Must have been a noise issue.
Still, the man uses a blender really well.

Guess who
Mood:  chatty
Where does the following line come from?

"I'm the open sign that's always busted
I'm the friend you need but can't be trusted"

Have a guess. The answer will be given in a week's time if nobody guesses it.
