Pink Panther's Ramblings
I wanted my own damn little spot to write whatever the hell I felt like, so here the hell it is. And since as of now I, the pink panther, have total control over this website, I'll do whatever the hell I want.
Anyway, this election SHIT is really pissing me off. What the hell?? First of all...let me complain about the two party system. I don't care if you tell me there's other parties, because de facto: they don't stand a fucking chance. A vote for Nader is a vote for Bush. All the other parties do is take away votes from either the Democrat or the Republican-depending on wether the other party is liberal or conservative.
The Electoral College. Another word for horse shit. The people should directly elect their president. And don't give me "but then smaller states won't have as much of a say"...IT'S NOT THE STATE THAT MATTERS! It's the PEOPLE. One vote is one vote, it doesn't matter what state it's from. I say we should do away with this horse shit.
Recount. Manual Recount in Palm Beach County, Florida. Now let me get this straight. First, the people there had some trouble voting-they punched Buchanan (sp?) instead of Gore on their ballots due to poor set-up. Then, they tell me it's too close to call, so they're going to manual recount the INNCORRECT votes (they did not fix them, a lot of Gore's votes are STILL going to Buchanan!) because it is too close to call. To close to call? If it's that damn close, those votes that WOULD have gone to Gore sure would over-turn this whole damn thing, now wouldn't it?

The top three things that piss me off right now
- Oppression IN MY OWN HOME. Geez, I can trust about 3 people in this whole world right now.
- Absence. You figure it out...go ahead, think-stop if it hurts though. If you need help, the rest is "makes the heart grow fonder"...true...but it hurts like hell.
- Actually I can't think of a third...so we'll go with writer's block.
