^{One of the newest acts that I have been involved with is a "psychedelic metal band" which goes under the name of Phist. Just as the name suggests Phist is an in your face exsplosive sound. Hailing from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Phist is comprised of singer-writer, and bass player Jere Potts. Potts vocals are a delight to work with and his lyrical ability is second to none. On Guitars and sharing in the writing duties are Vern Cope, better known at P.I.T. Records as "Headliner", and David Coleman  rounds out the power guitar attack with blistering leads of intricacy. Supplying the power of rhythm on drums is a youngster Josh Cope. Josh is like a pendalum waiting for a time to swing into his own destiny. He's fast and he is hungry. 
        Phist is currently recording at P.I.T. Records where they are writing and working on a new CD. Keep an eye out for some Phist Mp3's to be coming soon.}
