The following is a collection of some of the songs I've written and/or recorded; as I add more I'll make a note of it on the blog. I'm a drummer but enjoy playing a little guitar for fun... so take a listen and comment back on the blog with your thoughts, feelings, and constructive criticism! Most songs are instrumental but there are a couple with vocals; more when I finish them.

SONG LYRICS DATE RECORDED NOTES
COMING SOON! it will! January 2005 I'm currently working on a rock cover of "Mad World" (of Donnie Darko fame) which will have guitars, drums, and vocals
Furious the Spook no Dec/2004 This short song is completely finished. It's 3 layers of guitars that combine for a furious but spooky sounding track. The bassline in it sounds somewhat like the castle bit from Super Mario Brothers.
A Love Song to My Apathy [read] late Nov/2004 This was a poem that was started in 2002 but didn't get finished until one procrastinatey night in November. The poem was finished as an acoustic song, as you can see by the guitar chords in the lyrics file, but I havn't done a good recording of it yet.
Thunder Storm in the Park (veryrough) no summer 2004 Nothing amazing about this song... especially since the distortion/gain on the guitar recorded poorly into my computer so the audio quality isn't what it could be. Maybe one day I'll record it again with a cleaner sound. Otherwise, I like the last minute or so where it breaks down then builds up again.
Perspectives (rough) [read] April 2004 The voice in the song belongs to my younger sister whom, even though I wrote the song above her vocal range, was kind enough to record the first verse so that we can all hear how the lyrics flow with the song. So it's kind of a 3/4 instrumental, but worth listening past the lyrics for the guitar ditty's 1/2 way through and at the very end.

Below are a few older tracks I created digitally on my computer using Cool Edit Pro 2.0
