• R.I.P. -written while in a restless state late '98

• Eviction Lawyer's Daughter -true story by a coal miner's great grandaughter, inspired by Ms. Loretta Lynn of course.
• Cayandose En Amor (Fresa) -when I heard the chilango Mexico City D.F slang term "Fresa" explained to me (prude/stuck-up rich girl) I thought of Molly Ringwold's character in "The Breakfast Club". This is another look at it:

  "Yo soy la fresa. Producto de la tierra, y del aire, y del agua y de toda esa manera..." This is actually a love song about Ana y Carlos de Guanajuato (the Mexican Romeo & Juliet) who were from opposite sides of the tracks/or alleyway, and fell to their tragic death as they leaned over their balconies upon their first kiss.

• Love (In the Palm of their Hand)-written in the summer of '92.
• Apocalyptic Dreamzone -originally written in late '99 as my pre-millenium vision of fear. Not much happenned new years 2000. maybe it was a vision of what happenned on 9/11 -or maybe I watched too much Twilight Zone as a kid. to read my bio click here
