Hi Balwant ,
The army and police can only achieve what they
are tasked to do and this means there must be a commander in chief who is in
command and control and to date the PPP govt under the presidencies of Cheddi
, Janet and Jagdeo have failed to take command and control of not only the
police and army but the entire administration's civil service .
Jagdeo can pass all the laws he wants but if he
does not enforce the law to the letter then all the laws are useless.
Cheddi , Janet and Bharat were fully aware that
in order to cure the imbalances in the police and army they need to develop
a plan / strategy , which was presented to them and which they refused to
execute . So the question here is why would the PPP do everything NOT to
cure this problem which has haunted the Indians and all PPP administrations
, for 40 years . This is serious and this is what Indians refuse to
acknowledge .
We have Indians, with and without brains , who
have been moaning and groaning , pointing accusative fingers in all
directions for their own demise yet, they refuse to acknowledge the reality
of the situation .
How can PPP appeasers , PNc moderates have the
temerity to expect Indians to address national issues when their rights and
security have been threatened and compromised for 50 years ? How can Indians
be asked to support national programmes when none of these programs address
their plight .
I say Indians should cease paying taxes ,
support Indian organizations who are speaking out against the injustices and
support an Indian militia rto protect and defend their lives and properties.
There is no sense of decency in Guyana , an
absence of morals and if Indians are to survive then they must have the
'balls' to protect and defend themselves and stop whining about it .
I say again , the PPP's inaction facilitates the
PNC and the violence against Indians . When Bharrat Jagdeo said he would
introduce civilian policing what he did not tell the Indians is he is giving
a gun or two to Indians who are PPP stooges in the villages and who only use
these guns to protect their own family and not the village . These bastards
are cowards .
If Indians choose to sit on the hymies for
another 50 years whining about the injustices then they do really in fact
deserve the "a55 whuping " they are getting .
This weak , cowardly and docile attitude of
Indians is an insult to all of us as a people and do not be surprised when
the same abuses happen to your children and grandchildren in the future ,
whether they are in Guyana , the caribbean , Europe or North America ,
'Bullies' know who to pick on and Indians send a placidly , crystal clear
message that we are easy victims .
Decentralize the police and army and recruit
Indians , fire the heads until you get to one who can execute the tasks
without apology, create a presidential guard and then seek to incorporate it
into the army and police .
Indians gotta
stop whimpering and start standing up and fighting back
.

Subject: Re: Inexperienced and
incompetent President Jagdeo
Hello
Everyone,
I disagree. The Army folks in Guyana are neither
inexperienced nor are they incompetent. They are quite experienced and
competent in seizing ballot boxes, e.g., in the 1973 "elections,"
and harassing Indians like they continue to do in Enmore, Good Hope and in
other places.
I propose that Guysuco's projections for sugar production in
the next few years be revised downwards. This would enable the
"excess" sugar workers and their young sons to be drafted
(New Laws needed here)into the Security Forces not to balance it, but to
have more than Proportional Representation. In other words, to have a
preponderance of Indian firepower, the only factor to resolve forever the
"marginalisation and discrimination" in the depressed communities
of Buxton, Friendship and others that choose to be unable to do anything for
their own material upliftment.
These seeming "babes in cribs" have long
teeth and do not understand the language of peaceful coexistence, but the
language of force of arms. Nothing else would suffice. Not even the bloody
$250 million ransom the PNC demanded. This money would be gobbled up sooner
rather than later with nothing to show for it, and the previous status quo
would be obtained once more. The previous Islamic and Fundamentalist
Taliban in Afghanistan is tantamount to the current Race and Political
antics of the PNC.
The present situation is a continuation of what
began in February, 1962. Do you remember that date?
The Indians (leaders and followers) are not without
criticisms either. Their penchant for the "rum shops" etc., etc.,
and then waging battles with friends and families are well known. Indians
have national and not political leadership! This is a leadership issue.
Leaders, the floor is open ...
Best wishes to all.
Balwant Prasad.
