ELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
WIT TRIBAL ELECTIONS will be held JUNE 2008 at our Annual TRIBAL GATHERING
Any WIT Active Adult Member in good standing is eligible to run in any of the above listed positions.
Please read your WIT Bylaws and Constitution for qualifications and duties of each position. When you
have decided you want to run for the upcoming positions in 2008 please send in your request to be placed
on the Tribal Ballot. DEADLINE IS MAY 1st for CANDIDATES. Ballots will be postal mailed to each
ACTIVE Adult Member as well as obtained in person at the 2008 Gathering.
TRIBAL MEMBERS PAY DUES ONLINE
Wea Indian Tribal members, you are now able to pay your Tribal Dues online using PayPal.
It's quick, it's easy, and it comes straight from your personal bank account OR a credit card of your choice,
and is delivered into the Wea Tribal bank account. You can edit the amount of your payment to include your spouse
and children, or other family members. Please use the "note" section and let us know who you are including in your
payment for dues, and for what year(s). You can also pay your dues for multiple years at the same time, if you so desire.
Also, you will receive an email directly from Paypal stating that your payment and transaction have been received and/or
completed, and you can print out that invoice for your records. Remember, dues are required each year by January 1st
to remain an "Active Member" in your Tribe.
