HostTPZena: Hey everyone! TEEN PEOPLE Online is SO pleased to have Mark, Christian and Ste -- BBMak -- in the house with us tonight! BBMak have a top 40 hit with their single, "Back Here," and they just came out with their new album, Sooner or Later. Hey BBMak!
Christian Burns: Hi, this is Christian.
HostTPZena: Christian will answer for the first 10 minutes, then Ste, then Mark. Let's get to your questions!
Question: What are your summer plans??
Christian Burns: We are going on tour with Britney Spears starting on 20 June.
HostTPZena: That is quite a way to spend a summer! Be sure to check them out with Britney.
Question: From JnfrHewitt: Hey guys! Love here. How are you guys doing? All I wanted to do is congratulate you on all the success you're having with your new album. I think you guys did a terrific job on the new album. Keep up the great work! Love always, Love.
Christian Burns: Thank you, what's your fave track?
HostTPZena: Sorry...she can't answer back! But I bet she has several fave tracks!
Question: How does it feel to be famous? Jen, IL
Christian Burns: GREEEEEEAAAAAT !!!!!!!!
Question: Do you have girlfriends??????
Christian Burns: NO. We are still looking.
Question: Hey BBMak, I just bought your CD on Tuesday and I can't stop listening to it!! What's your favorite song on the CD and why? I LOVE YOU CHRISTIAN!!
Christian Burns: My fave is "The Ghost Of You and Me." I love the real strings.
HostTPZena: OK, thanks Christian! We have Ste with us now...hi Ste!
Ste McNally: Hello everybody!
Question: How did your group start?
Ste McNally: We met in 1995 and we were all friends playing gigs together in other bands. Then we left our bands and got BBMak together in 1996. We wrote some songs in our bedrooms and recorded a demo tape, then went down to the record companies in London, knocked on their doors and sang on the spot. Some of them phoned the police, but some of them liked it and invited us in to hear more.
Question: What is one question you wish people would ask you but never do? --Jill (by the way, your album is the best I've ever heard!!!)
Ste McNally: It's a hard one to think about...What's it like to be in a real band? No one ever asks us that, because everyone asks us if we're a boy band. We all play instruments and we don't dance because we can't!
Question: How did it feel to be taped for a Disney special and hang out with M2M?
Ste McNally: It was really cool, you know. The Disney special was shot in DisneyWorld and we got to go on all the rides -- we didn't have to wait in line! We got to see M2M on the Tower of Terror.
HostTPZena: How was that?
Ste McNally: It was scary! But it was a cool ride. Doing the special was great because we got to perform live for a big crowd. We had lots of fun, then we watched the fireworks.
Question: Hey BBMak, who are your musical inspirations and role models?
Ste McNally: For all of us, it's the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Donny Hathaway, Maxwell...great singers and songwriters. Family really supported us and gave us inspiration.
Question: What is the craziest thing any of you have ever done? --BBMAKFANATICFORLIFE-Candi
Ste McNally: We all went on holiday together to Cyprus, and we jumped off a cliff into the sea. We've done a bungee jump as well....that was cool!
Question: How did you get the name BBMak?
Ste McNally: It was my idea. We got it from our last names -- Christian Burns, Mark Barry and Ste McNally. Burns, Barry, McNally -- BBMak.

Mark Barry: Hello -- how is everyone doing?
HostTPZena: I bet they're well now...Let's get to the questions...
Question: What inspired you to start singing?
Mark Barry: Just for the pure love of music from an early age. I was brought up listening to a lot of soul, like Stevie Wonder, Jackson 5, George Benson, people like that.
Question: What CDs do you currently have in your CD player right now?
Mark Barry: Donell Jones' new album. A string composer called Craig Armstrong, which is great for the plane because you can go to sleep. Donny Hathaway's hit collection...
Question: In your whole career with BBMak if you could re-live one day, what would it be and why?
Mark Barry: Probably getting a record deal. All of our families were really happy. We were really pleased. We felt like we accomplished a big thing because it was something that we were after for a few years.
Question: HEY!!! :) I love your music & I have your CD. Anyway, I'm a really great singer, also. I mean, VERY talented. Everyone loves my voice, but I guess you can call me "undiscovered." How do I get started in the business?? It's so confusing! Thanks! :)
Mark Barry: If you've got a dream, whether it be music or anything in life, just do not give up. Follow your dream and you'll get there in the end. If you want something bad enough, you WILL get it.
Question: Are you going to be on any talk shows any time soon?
Mark Barry: We're going to be on the Donny & Marie show on the 10th of June. We'll also be on Regis & Kathie Lee on June 6. We're also doing the ABC SummerJAM special with Christina Aguilera -- that airs on June 23. And we did Nickelodeon's Snick House -- that airs on May 27.
HostTPZena: So everyone will have lots of opportunities to check out BBMak on TV!
Question: Where is your favorite place to visit?
Mark Barry: All of the states that we've been to have their own qualities. All of the people are really nice. I love America!
