& Carnations). Toubro took the idea of Floriculture from Holland, a country
which is being recognized as the world’s capital of floriculture. The
international market of cut flowers is estimated at Rs. 75.000/- crores. Today
in collaboration with world leaders Flodac B.V. of Holland and CAM group of Switzerland. Toubro Industries Ltd.
enjoys a global reputation as quality exports of cut flowers to the competitive
markets of Europe. USA and Japan. The sprawling green house at Dappar, (Punjab)
and Simla (H.P), are the most scientifically built under the experts
supervision of Flodac B.V (Holland).
The Company’s flowers have been appreciated in the European and American
markets and command very good price.
