Topic: Drama Queens
In life, fantasy, imagination or any other way you want to expand upon how you perceive your existance and interactive capability in communication: The very essence of the title "Drama Queen" conjures the understanding of a people that are at once used for entertainment and despised for their existence?

What makes a drama queen? What drives a drama queen and what individually in the moment propels the continuity of their offensive nature and propagates the offence multigenerationally? I will in the near future state my beliefs and understandings on this issue. What about you? And then a proposed solution to those that have to bear it and those that create it.

Book Review 001
Now Playing: David Weber's
Topic: Science Fiction
SYNOPSIS: Thomas Theisman didn't. After risking his life and a fresh round of civil war to overthrow the Committee of Public Safety's reign of terror and restore the Republic of Haven's ancient constitution, an interstellar war was the last thing he wanted. Baron High Ridge didn't. The Prime Minister of Manticore was perfectly happy with the war he had. No one was shooting anyone else at the moment, and as long as he could spin out negotions on the formal peace treaty, his government could continue to milk all those "hostilities only" tax measures for their own partisan projects. His Imperial Majesty Gustav didn't. Now that the fighting between the Star Kingdom and the Havenites had ended, the Andermani Emporer had his own plans for Silesia, and he was confident he could achieve them without a war of his own. Protector Benjamin didn't. His people had made to deep a committment to the Manticore Alliance, in blood as well as treasure, for him to want to risk seeing it all thrown away. And Honor Harrington certainly didn't. The "Salamander" had seen the inside of too many furnaces already, knew too much about how much war cost. Unfortunately what they wanted didn't matter....

- Easy to read and understand. The book and its attendent series delves into the social philosophy and conditions under which the best "laid plans of mice and men oft go astray..." to quote STEINBECK. The world of Harrington is simple to understand and makes the backdrop of the social events a pleasure to read. I have personally read this book and much of David Webers Honor Harrington series many times it is a book and a series of books well worth purchasing. This is definately not a one time read from the local library.

A BAEN Book distributed by Simon & Schuster. 1230 Avenue the Americas New York, NY 10020 Books listed price $26.00 US or $41.00 Canadian.

In the moment we live. We have many strands of energy running through our bodies. Most are focused like are maintenance and immune systems. The emotional energy that drives or work ethic. As well as most of our emotions that add to the quality of life as we think and feel about ourselves. To a lesser or greater degree we all deal with what people call negative energy. It slips its leash and runs amock in our lives burning us up or burning us out. A way to deal with this energy is to channel it into our work, vent it on hapless unwary victims or stew in it till it eats us up. I recommend a fourth alternative of channeling. I call it my pissing tree. Simply stated the following process should be practiced
every time those feelings of anger and frustration come upon you.

1. Recognise the emotions in the body as being subconscious thoughts of anger and frustration of not having ones needs or desires met.

2. Recognise that these emotions are flowing through the body fairly uncontrolled and your conscious will can redirect them as you practice.

3. Imagine the emotions as a ball of red yarn that you are going to push out of your body and place in some other vessel. Other than your spouse or boss.

4. When you choose a tree or other physical object to piss on; choose something you will not miss when as you succeed the object you piss on will break down.

5. Transfer the emotion by touch at least once a day. Make sure you take the time to vent or air the emotion out of your body while you are in direct contact with your pissing tree.

As you succeed your capability to maintain your self control under stress will increase. You will no longer feel your emotions control you as much as they do today. Practice makes perfect.
