WHO WE ARE
We are a service oriented company dedicated to helping ex-offenders as well as their family and friends understand the judicial system and how to work within its parameters.

WHAT WE DO

We do legal research for those that are considering doing an Appeal or Post-Conviction Relief. We work mainly with those that are still incarcerated.

We CAN research your case to find resources that you can use in your own Appeal Process. We can also prepare the legal documents that you will need in order to file your appeal in court.

We CAN answer most questions regarding criminal law in all 50 states. However, WE ARE NOT ATTORNEY'S AND CANNOT GIVE YOU LEGAL ADVICE. We CAN however can give you our opinion as long as they are within our 1st Amendment Rights and covered in Gitlow v. New York 1925

We CAN help show you where to go and what to do in the event of a criminal issue or civil dispute arising out of a criminal event.

WHY WE ARE HERE
I started legal research back 199
7 and  found I had a love for the law.  An attorney friend of mine made the comment that I had a natural knack for legal debate and interpretation of the law.

Eventually I began getting some referral cases. Once I started doing legal paperwork, I started to see instances where poor counselling, prosecutorial misconduct, and abuse of discretionary powers had occurred, resulting in the incarceration of some inmates. This kind of injustice is why I am  here today.

I am one of the blessed ones that didn't have to work to survive. In fact, mine and my husbands needs are not so great that we have to keep up with the Jones' as it were.  So, for the last few years I have been able to help those that are incarcerated, free of charge. However, recently I have been so overwhelmed with requests for help that  I have taken a part-time job so that I can continue to offer my services to those in prison without pay. My desire is to make a difference.
