The Rossville Parent Advisory Council (P.A.C.) is composed of volunteer moms and dads, a teacher representative, and our principal, who are all committed to making a positive difference for our school community. We show support and appreciation for our elementary staff through carry-in meals, classroom help, and recognition of special education days. We organize refreshments during parent-teacher conferences, orchestrate Grandparents’ Day, Breakfast With A Buddy, and avoid door to door fundraising with our annual Chicken and Noodle Dinner and Movie Night. The P.A.C. is also very excited about our great partner in fundraising, Market Day! Monies raised by the P.A.C. are utilized in several different ways towards improving our school. Teachers are encouraged to let us know what is needed in their classrooms so we can help provide the tools for the best education possible. Our major focus has become our playground, as we need to replace several pieces of equipment and completely overhaul the surfacing. A safe and fun play area benefits everyone! We really try to ensure that every volunteer has fun in whatever they do! Below the minutes of the last gathering is a list of scheduled meetings for this year, starting at 6:00 in the Elementary Library. Come and join in the fun of working together towards a great future for our entire school community!
