The KiShawnda McRoyal Scholarship Fund

KiShawnda McRoyal at the Winnie Mandela Concert 2001
KiShawnda McRoyal, born December 15, 1980, was to begin her senior year at Howard University in the Fall of 2002. Her tenure at Howard was one full of hard work, tenacity, service and most of all sincere dedication to making a stand. As a radio, television and film major within the School of Communications, KiShawnda's commitment to academic excellence was clearly at the forefront of her goals. She exemplified the true meaning of purpose and most of all contribution, as her legacy remains on these grounds and in the hearts of all who knew her. She inspired many as a Resident Assistant during her second year at Howard University.

In acknowledgement of the precedence that she set, the KiShawnda McRoyal Scholarship Fund was created. We ask that all able individuals support the scholarship by making monetary donations. All contributions go directly to the scholarship fund.
