This position that you are interested in does not open until the spring of this year, which is 2004. You will be in charge of all the Spa operations including training of staff in all areas, Guest satisfaction, working within budget guidlines and building Spa awareness and sales. You will also need to provide leadership and manage 40 plus Cast members to ensure quality Guest Experience.
