Here it comes. From the 13th through the 15th of August, Brad, Brandon, and I (Dan) will be appearing at Fandemonium , Idaho's premiere condom fan. Fandom con. Whatever. There we'll be performing as town criers, wandering bards, and anonymous dudes behind the cash register at the con store.

We'll also be performing a brand-new show called "Random Acts of Geekery." Thisis the Idiots' first totally original, full-length show, and so far reactions have been good. So if you happen to be in Boise for whatever reason, come on by, check out the Con, buy a Sweet Canadian Mullet CD, and drop a couple bucks in the tip jar (we're not being paid for this one, folks).

In other news, a scheduling mixup resulted in our recent Red Green show at Chain o' Lakes State Park being canceled. Apologies to all who showed up and were disappointed (or possibly relieved) when we didn't show. We'll be there on the evening of Saturday, September 18th, though, and at the good ol' Peabody Public Library the following Friday. For those of you who don't know about this: the Village Idiots have (with S&S's blessing, no less) written a full-length episode of The Red Green Show. It stars our good friend Don Hart as Red, Dan as Harold, Brad as Ranger Gord and Edgar Montrose, and Nick as Buzz Sherwood and Glen Braxton.

One final note: tentative plans are being made to perform "Random Acts of Geekery" in C-Town sometime in November and/or December. Watch this space for more details (interested, Ray?).
