About Your Massage Session!!

     For your first session, please come in 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out a health history form. We will update these forms every year or as needed.

     I will have a short interview with you & explain the massage session, ie; the position you will be starting in - on your stomach (prone) or back (supine). Please let me know of any problem areas that will not be massaged--cuts, bruises.

     You may undress to your comfort level. I will work around any garments you leave on.

     You will be draped with a sheet during you entire session. I will undrape each portion of your body as I work on it, redraping it immediately after the area is massaged.

     Tell me of any discomfort you may have.

     Drink extra water after the session to flush & eliminate toxins out of your body.
