For the purpose of a Pet quality/ Show or Breeding quality Dalmatian. This dog is sold as a

owner is from a breeding of the following Dam and Sire:

The following are obligations agreed upon by both the seller and the owner for the sale
transaction of the above mentioned dog.
Seller Obligations
1. The seller agrees to the best of her knowledge, that the dog purchased by the owner, is free
from any communicable diseases, and is of sound body, stable temperament, and is in good
health.
2. The seller agrees to take the responsibility of registering the dog purchased by the owner
with the Canadian Kennel Club.
3. The seller agrees that the dog purchased by the owner at the time of the sale transaction
has had the first set of puppy shots and has been de-wormed. The seller agrees to provide a
medical record indicating such.
4. The seller agrees that if the dog purchased by the owner develops any genetic illness before
the age of 12 months, then the seller agrees to replace the afflicted dog with one of equal value
when one becomes available from Andals Kennel. If the owner wants to keep the dog in
question then this part of the contract is null and void. Any and all veterinarian bills are the
sole responsibility of the owner.
5. The seller agrees to sell the dog on a non breeding contract and to retain a copy of the non
breeding contract on file at Andals Kennel and with the Canadian Kennel Club.
6. Unless the seller deems the dog to be valuable to a future breeding program and if the dog
is genetically sound, passes the hearing tests(BAER), and (OFA) hip test,(With written proof from a certified technician
sent to the seller) and if the seller deems the temperament is good, then the dog is to be shown
to a Certified championship and the proof of such is to be provided to the seller before the
seller may agree to lift the non breeding agreement.
7. All dogs sold on a non breeding contract MUST be spayed or neutered by SIX(6)months of age
with proof from a licensed Veterinarian i.e. a photocopy of the Veterinarian receipt sent to the
seller or the said dog will be removed from the owner by the seller with no refund by the seller.
Owner Obligations
1. The owner agrees that it is their responsibility to familiarize and understand the nature of
the breed that they have purchased from the seller as well as any iflictions associated with the
breed and agree to take the necessary precautions to avoid these iflictions.
2. The owner agrees that it is their responsibility to make sure that the dog purchased from
the seller maintains a sound and stable temperament and the owner agrees that the
temperament will change with lack of Proper discipline and training, or if the dog is
mishandled or abused. If it is found that the owner is abusing or mishandling the said dog, It
will be removed from the owner with no refund by the seller.
3. The owner agrees that it is their responsibility to make sure the dog purchased from the
seller obtains all the proper veterinarian care including all the necessary vaccinations
required from puppy, until death.
4. The owner agrees that it is their responsibility to make sure the dog purchased from the
seller obtains all the proper nutritional requirements to maintain a healthy life for the dog. The owner agrees that the dog leads a proper lifestyle suited for the breed, so as not to
contribute to environmental problems that may lead to health problems or injury, etc..
5. The owner agrees that it is their responsibility to arrange to have the dog purchased from
the seller spayed or neutered by SIX (6) months of age unless otherwise agreed upon and in written terms on this agreement by the seller.
6. A suitable name must be provided to the seller by the owner either at the time of the sales
transaction or by seven to ten days after, or the dog will be named by the seller. This is for
registration purposes.
7. The owner agrees that it is their responsibility to ensure the dog purchased from the seller
obtains all the proper training and care to ensure that the dog becomes a good dog citizen.
8. The owner agrees to the recommendation from Andals Kennel to put the dog through
obedience training, this is only if the owner isn’t educated in dog training. Also, the owner
agrees that Proper socialization of the said dog is of the Utmost importance, it helps the dog to
become very confident, outgoing and relaxed and the dog will be a good citizen both at home
and in public.
9. The owner agrees to inform the seller of any change of address, phone number or
relocation of the said dog, also the owner agrees to inform the seller of the status of the dog
from time to time i.e. (Send pictures, letters etc. on how the dog is doing).
10. The owner agrees that if for any reason they intend to dispose of, or transfer the
ownership of the said dog, the seller has the right to take back or help to relocate the said dog.
11. The owner agrees to NEVER sell or give any puppies (If the owner has a breeding
contract with the seller) to any pet shop, research facility, pet farm, or any similar institution. This is made to ensure the well being of the said dog.
12. The owner agrees that if the dog is to transfer ownership that this contract is to remain in
effect for each transfer of ownership and the owner and subsequent new owner must inform
the seller of such transactions, and the new owner must abide by and agree to this contract..

Angela M Vidito for show and breeding purposes when requested.
The training and the socialization of the dog/puppy is of the upmost importance, and if this
cannot be done by the co-owner then it should be returned to the breeder for shared
socialization.
If at any point in the dogs/puppy's life it should not be possible for___________________________to no longer care for the said dog/puppy_____________________________________________, Tattoo#_________________, then at that point then the dog/puppy is to be returned to the breeder, Angela M Vidito and only the breeder.
All the expenses assorted with showing, breeding, all health clearances (ex: hips, eyes, hearing) are all the responsibility of the breeder Angela M Vidito.
Communication regarding this dog/puppy is of the upmost importance, If there is a lack of communication or if the dog is being abused either mentally or physically, mishandled in any way, the dog/puppy will be removed from the co-owners home and returned to the breeder Angela M Vidito.
No elective surgery can be done on the dog/puppy___________________________________ Tattoo#_____________________, until the breeder decides that the dog is no longer needed for breeding or showing, and at that point the co-owner is to forward a copy of the spay/neuter certificate to the breeder Angela M Vidito, and at this time all registration papers will be changed accordingly.
All medical care, show times and dates, heat cycles shall be discussed with the breeder Angela M Vidito, all matters concerning this dog/puppy________________________________Tattoo#______________________ shall be discussed between co-owner and the breeder.
No major decision concerning this dog/puppy cannot be made without the consent of the breeder Angela M Vidito.

The following agreement is between Angela Vidito of Andals Kennel Owner, and__________________________________hereafter refered to as the Puppy Buyer.
In consideration of a purchase price of______. A deposit of One hundred dollars, which is a non-refundable deposit. The breeder agrees to hold a puppy that matches the criteria listed below for the Puppy Buyer, who in turn agrees to pay the remainder purchase price of______,which is due in full when picking up the puppy at 8 weeks of age, Unless previously arranged between the breeder and the puppy buyer. If payments are to be made with the breeder, the puppy will NOT be able to be picked up until payment has been recieved in full.
If no puppies meet the criteria listed below, the deposit is held over for the next litter or another puppy of the breeders choice that meets this criteria.
If no puppy is found to meet the following criteria within a year of this contract, the deposit will be refunded to the puppy buyer.
