SIMPLE VEGETARIAN DISHES
May 25th.
Bean curd pockets marinated

fry 5 bean curd pockets

Lots of ginger and sugar, salt
Put water, a bit of cornstarch.
Marinate bean curd.
serve.
May 25th.
olive stir fry english mushroom & brinjal
heat oil
diced onion, green onion, ginger, garlic
two tablespoon of (Olive vegetable Hong Kong brand)
Cut up english mushroom
Brinjal, cubes
Siew Choy or vegetarian minced meat
add sugar, salt
add water with a bit of cornstarch.
serve after done
May 25th.
Pickled cabbage beansprout tofu.
heat oil
Garlic, and ginger
Brown soft tofu
add a bit of sugar and soy sauce.
stir fry.
set it aside
heat oil
garlic and ginger
sliced red pepper and green pepper
beansprout
pickled cabbage
stir fry
Add sugar, salt, sesame oil (lots), and white pepper.
Pour tofu back into the pot. Mix everything together.
May 15th.
Yellow White bittermelon Beancurd
Heat oil
Sauteed ginger ( lots of ginger)
stir fry sauteed minced mushroom and vegetarian minced chicken, peas, small pieces of bitter melon.
Put cooked ingredients into a bowl and mashed it all up with white tofu
Put salt, sugar, pepper.
Heat oil
Put a tablespoon of beansauce, add sugar.
Sauteed it a bit
Add a bowl of marinated water with a bit of cornstarch and a bit of tumeric powder.
stir in some more water.
Put all the ingredients in the pot
Can crunch up beancurd sheet and put in pot.
After everything cooked.
Serve.
Brinjal kao choy fa mushroom black bean sauce
heat oil
Put in soaked diced mushroom. stir fry.
sauteed diced onions,garlic
Put in cut up Brinjal..kao choy fa.
Pea pots
sliced red pepper and green pepper
add little bit of water to add enough steam to cook it all.
Pour everything out.
heat oil
stir fry black bean sauce (it is salty enough the sauce), ginger, add sugar
Put all ingredients into it.
stir fry, and serve. Put a bit of sesame oil on it.

Monday. May 5th.
Dao Miew Chilli Choi bou
Heat oil ( optional: sauteed garlic, ginger and onion)
Stir Fry Dao Miew Vegetable
Add a bit of water
Salt and sugar
Pour it all out on a plate
Heat oil
Stir fry choi bou and one tablespoon of chilli paste
After done, pour out
Sprinkle on top of the vegetable dish
Vermicili tofu hot pot
ONE
Heat oil in high heat
Sauteed garlic, ginger and diced onion
If you have peanuts or sweet potato, stir fry it with other ingredients, add a bit of water untill it is done
Stir in soaked chinese mushroom in hot water(7)
Stir in dry bean curd ( 3 sticks)
Put in tofu and beancurd pocs. ( six or 8 )
Put in snow ear (ah, I forgot what the english name is).
add Vegetarian fake meat or glutten(whatever you can find).
Pour in mushroom water ..careful to leave out the murky water at the
bottom.
in a small bowl of water. Put one teaspoon of five spice powder, enough amount
of salt, brown sugar, sesame oil, black soy sauce, one tablespoon of cornstrach.
Stir.
Pour marinated bowl of water into the pot
Turn down heat to five. Let simmer
Leave it on the pot
TWO
Heat water
put in three or four dry vermicilli bean thread noodles.
In a bowl, smash the red fermented soycurd ( 3 cubes), add water, and a teaspoon
of cornstarch and one tablespoon of sugar. Stir.
When vermicilli is almost transparent....pour out some water leaving a little
bit of water in the pot for moisture.
Pour in the red fermented soycurd water into the vermicilli.
cook untill it is done.
Pour it out on a dish.
THREE
Heat oil in high heat
sauteed garlic
stir fry siew choy and snowpeas/ greenpeas
after cooked.
COMBINE EVERYTHING together (ONE TWO THREE )
