COMMUNITY FOCUS is the creation of one man, COLONEL ROGER OVERBEY!!! Colonel Roger is the host and star of COMMUNITY FOCUS! He is also the executive producer and the president of THE CONCERNED CITIZENS LEAGUE of DELAWARE COUNTY, a non-profit organization that likes to scold hookers and taunt Muncie's underbelly! Colonel Roger is a man that definitely wears many hats (Actually, he wears many baseball caps and he looks very striking in them. That's not to say I'm practicing "an alternative lifestyle" or anything because if I was Colonel Roger really isn't my type. Nothing personal, Colonel Roger!)!

Helping Colonel Roger behind-the-scenes is his wife, Nancy Overbey. Nancy is an expert videographer, but, sadly, she is not a Colonel.

When Colonel Roger needed help getting COMMUNITY FOCUS  started, he was ably assisted by Steve Erwin. Steve Erwin toiled behind the camera while Colonel Roger became a star. Steve Erwin ran for political office once, but I didn't vote for him.

A familiar face on COMMUNITY FOCUS  is the Muncie Police Department's very own, Lt. Charles "Chuck" Hensley. Chuck is a cop and a good cop, too! He has a winning personality and a warm smile. If I practiced "the alternative lifestyle", I would have a huge crush on Chuck Hensley. 

A recent addition to the COMMUNITY FOCUS family is "Dr.Doug". "Dr.Doug" is a computer guru and he gives computer tips to all us COMMUNITY FOCUS viewers. In my opinion, he is fairly boring and I usually take a little catnap during his segments. When I take my catnaps, I dream of a world where "Dr.Doug" actually has charisma.

Like me, Mayor Danny Canan weights over six hundred pounds. We both like to wave pencils in front of Rotary Club flags until people tell us to stop. Then we like to pout and eat gallon after gallon of black walnut ice cream. Unlike me, Danny has yet developed a fondness for poodle meat.

A big supporter of COMMUNITY FOCUS is Muncie's mayor, Danny Canan. Besides appearing frequently on COMMUNITY FOCUS, Danny "The Butt of Justice" Canan is the star of MUNCIE PRIDE, another show executive produced by Colonel Roger. People often mistake me for Danny Canan. Some people once told me, "Your face looks like a canned ham with a gray wig! I can't believe you're the mayor!" and I said "I'm not Danny Canan, you monsters! Get out of my trailer!" Then they beat me with a pipe wrench until I gave them all my food stamps and Monopoly money.
