These little wee-ones have all found homes.  I do sometimes use the same patterns, although I usually change one thing or another with each bear.  No two are exactly alike, I get bored doing repetitive designs....

My first design is this little bear named Twinky.  She is 2.5" tall, made from cashmere upholstery fabric, with disk-jointed heads and string-jointed limbs.  She has glass bead eyes, embroidered features and crocheted dress.  Her little companion is only 1" tall, completely jointed and turned, from ultrasuede.

Flake, the Christmas angel, one of my first thread teds, was a Christmas swap for a dear bear friend, Joanne Noel. Flake wears a collar crocheted using one strand of silver embroidery floss and accented with tiny irridescent beads.  Flake is just 1" tall, crocheted from a fine acrylic yarn with onyx bead eyes, totally thread jointed.  Flake was created following Joanne's pattern. I hope to have a chance to create more of these little hugs after I perfect my own pattern.
