"Good evening, Aka. Does Ray stand with God?"

Soul Ray stands with God.

Now, at this time, for the one who should ask, we should give the message. Remember, as God called on thee, He did not ask thee to stop tilling the field. He did not ask thee to run away from where thy are. If thy were a slave, then as God would call thee, thy would be of a free man. But if thy were a free man and were called by Lucifer, thy would be of a slave. In thy daily life there must be time for sleep; there must be time for laughter; there must be time for work; there must also be time for tears. Can thy understand of which we speak?

Nay. Then we say unto thee, open thy heart and open thy door, for if thy should open thy heart and open thy door to thy home that we may enter, and as God enters thy door, then thy time for tears shall have been passed, for in thy heart thy shall have joy. But remember also, we say unto thee, man may harm thy body; man may cut of thee thy arm; man cannot harm thy soul, or thy spirit, or thy immortal body. Only thy thyself may do this. And remember, another man should sin against thee and harm thy body, and that is his sin, but if you should harm your body, then that is your sin.

"Aka, have you any suggestions as to what we might be able to do in relationship to soul Ray’s health and his weariness over the past months? We’ve been falling behind on our readings. Have you any suggestions on how we can catch up on this backlog of readings we have that we haven’t been able to get to? We are beginning to get more readings than we are being able to take care of. Can you give us anything on this?”

First, for soul Ray’s physical health, we have said before that only our Father may create. We shall do much to help his physical body, but all that we may do, he may tear asunder. But we find that this soul has received our message.

First, for rest, remember, rest of the mind is necessary also. Now, we find that certain chemicals in his body shall need sleeping [feeding]. We would suggest that an additional vitamin substance be given unto this soul for a period of 90 days. We find that of this vitamin, more, as you would know it, of vitamin C, more, as you would know it, of vitamin D. We also find, more sodium of iodine compound. We find the lacking of calcium. We find, more of the natural salt. We find this soul should have more, as you know it, of the salad foods, fresh. We find this soul should need more, as you would know it, of the sea food. This should be placed in his diet at least once a week. But above all others, we would suggest that at least three times each day he should have rest. We would suggest that this soul should not perform physical labors for more than two hours at a time. If he should perform two hours of physical labor, then, of your time, have him rest for 30 minutes.

Of your other question, we have placed the necessary information in soul Ray’s mind. We would suggest for all your readings that one reading a week be set aside for only backlogging of your readings. But of all readings that are brought forth, these readings, before they are suggested to be given, should be studied by the entirety of your group, therefore, giving judgment of the same before these readings should be asked for. This would greatly eliminate foolish questions. We would tell thee in this way. If, in your prayer, you should ask God a question, then bring these same questions and place them into readings. Those who would ask in this way will receive what they have asked for.

"Aka, we have a request for a health and life reading from soul Judas, from [8-31-70-001]. Can you give us a health and life reading on [8-31-70-001] this evening?”

We would suggest before this reading is given that she should take one of your experimental forms and fill this out. At that time, both of the health and life reading shall be given.

But we would say unto this soul this message. If the river of two streams should run, one at your front door and one at your back door, and one would head east and the other west, and one should give of thee pure water and one should be polluted, which of these would thy drink? And if in thy mind thy knew that thy could travel of both rivers, and the one that would travel east would bring of thee into polluted land, but the one of the polluted water that would travel into the west would bring thee into a pure land, think thee then of which thy would travel. Think thee then, and then ask again.

"Aka, [11-2-70-001] asks, “What can we do, if possible, anything to help [11-9-760-001]?”

We say unto thee, ask thee of God.

And we say unto all of thee, pray thee unto God at this time, each in his own way, and we shall give the help that is needed in our way. [Editor’s note: There is a long pause.]

"Aka, this evening we have an experimental release form for a health and life reading on the stepfather of soul Bartholomew, [11-9-70-002]….Can you give us this information this evening?”

Yes, we have here the body, the soul, the spirit, and the immortal body. We have seen this soul many times before, and many planes before.

We find this soul in the time of Atlantis.

Yes.

We find this soul as a technician working in one of the plants of the production of cosmic-magnetic-powered crafts. We find this soul as a friend, as you would know of him, Noah, of Noah. At this time, all materials for building you will find were restricted into government usage only. We find that many of the materials used in the ship known as the Ark you gathered. You were killed, or executed, for the same before the great floods.

Therefore, we do not find again this entry again until the time of the coming of Christ. You were innkeeper and you gave not cause. You would not have given the best to the Master, but because it was written and because the messengers had come unto thee and told thee that the Lord must be born unto the loft. And there you witnessed the birth of the one you would know as Jesus Christ, the Son of Man upon your earth. And there you gave praise. We see unto you, as Christ was crucified, that you wept upon the earth, upon this hill as known as Skull. We see this, and the blessings that were given came unto you.

And now, again, we see this soul and birth again in a land which is now known in your time as Russia, into the northern tip of Russia. We find there in what thy would know as a portion of Siberia, this soul at birth. We find much drudgery again. But your total sight is the climbing of the Lord’s ladder. Your one problem, you have forgotten, is letting others climb before you.

So then again, as wee see the entry again, this time in proportion of your world at this time as Alaska, very close to the portion known, as you would know it, [Ante] [Arctic, Aleutians?]. This time you are of the brown race. This time you are afraid of climbing the ladder yourself; therefore, remember, in helping others climb up this ladder, you must also climb yourself. By stopping and pausing, do not be afraid to take the steps forward.

We see unto this lifetime you have taken the same problem. You ask, “What karma have I taken forward to have lost the sight of one eye? Do I cast this aside to become pure?” Remember, [11-9-70-002], it is not karma that cause you ill health; sometimes stupidity can bring this forward. Remember, all thy must do is ask, and our Father and yours shall give the help that is needed. And remember that even a blind man shall lead.

And we say unto you, [11-9-70-002], cast thy eyes unto the east. Take of wine, study it. Study these readings; study all proportions of them, and your way shall be made before thee, and peace and contentment upon this lifetime shall be given unto thee.

We should give of this soul a health reading at a different time.

We would suggest that now is the time to waken soul Ray from his slumber.
