Dear President Bush:
Hello. How are you and your family doing? I hope all is well. I understand how very busy you are; however, I pray that you'll take a few moments to address a very crucial issue, which has now become a Nationwide dilemma. I'm attaching the following letter, which I originally sent to your
brother, Governor Bush, the day Kate Kearney resigned. The signature letter was at first intended to be for Governor Jeb Bush from concerned Citizens of
Florida. However, after not receiving a reply from him, and having people from other States asking if they could add their names to the letter, I now
think it best that it should come to your attention, as, like I said, it is a Nationwide dilemma which affects all of our children and their innocent
parents and families. Although the following signature letter represents only a small portion of the injustice inflicted upon innocent children,
parents, and families who are being denied their Constitutional and Civil Rights, I, and all Citizens across the Nation pray that you will take the
time to address this serious issue as soon as possible. The following is the letter I originally mailed to Governor Bush; however, I updated it to include all of the many concerned citizens of the United States of America, and even a few from other countries.

Dear Governor Bush:
First of all, I truly appreciate your office calling me this morning pertaining to the Email and Fax I sent to you last week asking to have a meeting with you concerning our Failing DCF. As you might know, I, Irene Renee Petit, have been circulating the following letter on-line since June 19, 2002. I'm sure I can get more people to add their names, as so many
don't have access to a computer. Nevertheless, after hearing about Ms. Kearney resigning, I thought this might be the appropriate time to send you what I have so far.

I have received so many names from people who don't reside in Florida, and have revised the original letter I emailed you:
Not only are we concerned citizens of Florida, but other States and Countries as well, and we want to help you in anyway we can to protect Florida's and our Nation's children and their families. A possible idea for all concerned citizens might be to form volunteer Yellow Ribbon Groups in different areas of Florida
and all States, who would be there to assist when a call came in for help. As you can see, I have many names from people all across the nation who are
willing to help! All citizens of the United States, and Worldwide as well, are watching Florida's Failing DCF. Yes, we are in the spotlight, so to speak. We MUST make a change for the better, for the Manifest Best Interest of ALL children, parents, and families! I believe that we can work together toward a change for the better. Citizens, not only from Florida, but
Nationwide and Worldwide as well, will respect you, and follow your example! Although many live out-of-state, they also want to do whatever they can to
work with you and their own Government and Legislation to help preserve the rights of children, parents and families, and to rid the DCF/CPS of the evils
that have crept into the system, in the Manifest Interests of ALL children, parents and their families. The current Signature Letter will be updated constantly, and I will Email you updates often. Here is the letter with the names and cities of concerned citizens from Florida, other States, and even Canada that I have so far. I hope to hear from you soon.

Dear President Bush, Governor Bush, and Jerry Regier:
We, the Sovereign Citizens of the United States of America and the Sovereign Citizens of the State of Florida, do hereby request that we be considered to
volunteer as members of a Yellow Ribbon Panel pertaining to the Department of Children and Families here in Florida, and to Child Welfare Agencies
nationwide as well. We make this request on the following grounds:
1) Some of us have had thorough personal experience with Florida's Department of Children and Families, Florida's Juvenile/Family Judicial System, and our
own State's Children and Family Agencies and Judicial systems. Some of us haven't been affected, and some reside out-of-state, or out-of-country, but in all instances, are nevertheless appalled by the injustice inflicted upon Innocent Children, Parents, and their Families, and are concerned about the consequences Florida's Children and Families are facing due to the failing DCF. Those of us who are not Citizens of Florida are well aware of the Injustice Florida's Children, Parents, and Families are suffering, as most of us in our States are as well; however, because Florida's Failing DCF has been exposed, we hope that you'll make the necessary changes for the better so our States can follow your example.
2) We believe that the manifest best interest of a child should be an issue of utmost importance.
3) We believe that proven Child Abuse must be dealt with swiftly.
4) We believe that all efforts should be made to keep a child from being removed from it's Family Unit. If Credible Evidence of abuse or neglect is presented, the abuser should be removed and not the child, thereby not cutting Familial Bond. Removal of a child from non-abusive parents and family members can cause severe Mental and Emotional Damage, not only to the child, but to the parents and entire family as well, which can ultimately lead to severe depression, Suicide, or thoughts of Suicide, Disenfranchised Grief, Attention Deficient Disorder, Detachment Disorder, and Anxiety/Panic Attacks, just to name a few.
5) We believe that Florida's DCF Agents, (and all Child Welfare Agents from other States as well) including their attorneys, should be exposed and
punished, that they should be held accountable, and their immunity removed if they should destroy innocent lives by presenting falsified information and
documents in a Court of Law; unjustly remove children from their non-abusive homes based on 'word of mouth', false accusations, and what they perceive to be Probable Cause; carelessly leave children with known abusers and allow children to go missing, or prove themselves in any other manner pertaining to Children, their Parents, and Family members, to be incompetent by not performing their jobs properly, which is to always place the Manifest Best Interest of The Child first and foremost.
6) We believe that the DCF and all Nationwide Children and Family Agencies should work toward Family Reunification when proven abuse or neglect is not
an issue.
7) We believe in Liberty and Justice for all, and that all human beings are innocent until proven guilty. Sadly, children are all too often taken from
their loving, non-abusive homes, causing them confusion, mental, and emotional anguish, then placed on mind-altering drugs, while their innocent
parents suffer a grief like no other when falsely accused and denied their rights to their children.
8) We, the Biological, Foster, Adoptive Parents, Grandparents, Family Members, Adult Foster Children, Children and Family Advocates, Lawyers, Judges, Physicians, Therapists, and ALL concerned Citizens of the United States and the State of Florida have either had thorough experience with Florida's Department of Children and Families, or have been made aware of the
failure of the DCF to protect Florida's children and families. We realize that the DCF is urgently in need of a change, and are willing to help you achieve the crucial changes needed concerning the safety and well-being of Florida's Children, Parents, and their Families, as changes in current Child Protection and Family Preservation issues are the key factors in making Florida (and our entire Nation as well) one to be admired and respected by all.
9) Therefore, we, the undersigned Sovereign Citizens of the United States of America and the Sovereign Citizens of the State of Florida pray that you form
a Yellow Ribbon Panel, which we will voluntarily serve in the interest of what's best for Florida's and our Nation's Children and Families.
