This walkway should or will be built half on the property line with the two neighbouring lake properties.  This is just good neighbour policy and gives use to all 3 properties.  It will be the only way to cross from one side of the lake to the other, at this end of the lake.  Presently the lagoon is not navigable due to nuisance beavers in the last couple of years. It will not be a big deal to make it boat navigable to the end of the lagoon.  This is one of the important decisions to make as this will definitely affect your total privacy. Now you can anchor a boat at the lake end of the lagoon and it will be only 500' or so from the proposed house.  This property is also classified non  lake shore which is great as the taxes are presently cheap and you have to be careful what and when you do things so as not to cause any future problems.  This walkway design is very basic and the finished structure will be much more elaborate.  Ditto the bridge.
