1. I, as GM will provide impartial Game master services.

2. Turns will be run on the deadline! If I have all turns in early I will run the turn earlier. Usually this is only a couple hours before. If for some reason I cannot run the turn on the deadline all players will be notified before the deadline of when the turn will be run.

3. You should get your turns within 4-5 hours of the deadline. If you don't recieve your turn please let me know I will not be responsible for lost turns but will be more than happy to resend your report.

4. Deadlines will always have at least 3 days betwen them. If you need more time let me know when you send your orders and I will make every effort to ensure you have time to get your turns in

5. Players who start a game will ALWAYS be the player of record. Substitute players may be used. Both players must E-Mail the GM and inform him of the substitution. ALL substitutes must be from the same clan. Beginners for beginner games. For advanced games they may be anyone from the clan. The GM will inform all players when a substitute is playing.
The GM reservesd the right to disallow a substitute if he feels there is a good reason. The players will be informed of the reason at the time I get the request.

6. The GM reserves the right to not allow players to play in his games. This right will be enforced if players have signed up for games and not supplied any turns. I feel that all players should be able to play and I will only refuse you if you have done this to ME. Taking up space in games and not playing is unfair to players who want to play.

7. NO HEADHUNTING Headhunting is attacking an opponents home province on turn 1. Headhunting may be allowed in special games, but not unless specifically stated.

I'm sure I have forgotten something and will update these as the need arises.
