Creator: Greetings, dear faithful readers. I am the Omni-potent Creator, the one entity that has the honour of being cursed most by the Yisheigai Gods. Aye, that supercilious, wicked, vicious, all-sneering witch (or bitch, whatever you may choose) who stops at nothing, or no one when it comes to torturing helpless beings under my control. It is in my interest, and obligation to make life difficult for them. My philosophy is that, if Life were devoid of challenges, those foolish Yisheigains would never cherish whatever they have now! And what better way to make them cherish something, than to make them lose it? Hahahahaha. Well! If you disagree, it is not in my interest to make you see from my point of view!
Let me bring you to where the story stops. Eva has just finished bidding her farewell to her beloved half-brother, or "Ko-Ko", as she affectionately calls him. Mmmph! That is a foolish goddess if I ever saw one. She always was bound by this intangible thing called duty. Her morals were way too high for her own good. Now, just because she is foolish, doesn't mean that I dislike her. I adore the child! Which is why I give her so many chances, and so many challenges in life. I want to mould her into someone strong enough to take Ulaine's place......oops, I've said too much. Anyway. After her sorrowful goodbye, her next destination is Arian's abode, which is where I will be taking you readers now. Tata, have a nice read. I should not even be here to entertain you, but that Mikamiko is even more fearful than myself, even if she always seems so goofy and nice......I tell you, what you read might not be what you get...*shudder*...wolf under sheep's skin......always lets me do the dirty work!
Mikamiko: That will be quite enough, Creator! *tries to pinch her secretly*
Creator: Owww...... *vanishes into thin air*
Mikamiko (forces a feeble smile): Let's carry on...... Arian's abode......
"WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! FINALLY! JUSTICE HAS BEEN DEALT UNTO ME! THANK YOU, CREATOR! I SHOULD NEVER HAVE CURSED HER BACK THEN! I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THIS DAY WOULD COME! I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I COULD EXACT MY REVENGE ON YOU! AND THAT YOU WOULD BE STUUUUPID ENOUGH TO LET ME! WAHAHAHAHA!!!" Arian let out a peal of laughter so irritating that Eva could hardly keep her anger down. Oooooh, how she wanted to rush up to him and let him have a taste of her fire-chi ball!! Grrrrr ......why Skylar's body, of all the people! Not that she was complaining......Beggars can't be choosers after all ......
Meanwhile, in the background, Eva could hear a voice muttering.
"If you think this is the final result, Arian, you're dreadfully wrong. There's more to come yet, don't be too cocksure of yourself if you know what's good for you..."
Eva turned around, to see if she had guessed the owner of the voice correctly. She could faintly make out a translucent face nodding and smiling at her in the background.
"Why, looking for your dearest 'Ko-Ko'? He won't be here to save you this time. Not after those words you had said to him! And I won't let him!" Arian stalked towards Eva, placing his face inches from hers. "No one...no one can stand between me and my REVENGE!!"
Eva wiped the saliva that had been sputtered over her face with the back of her hand, her face wearing an extremely disgusted and irritated expression. Of course, this action had angered the owner of the face inches from hers, for he had the mentality and character of a ten year old.
"I WILL MAKE YOU REGRET THAT, YOU BITCH! DON'T THINK THAT I DON'T KNOW WHAT PROMISE YOU MADE TO SKYLAR! IT IS ALL BECAUSE OF YOU THAT SHE HAD TO ABANDON HER BODY, IN EXCHANGE FOR A LIFE IN HELL! YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT KIND OF LIFE IT IS, TO BE COOPED PERPETUALLY IN THE UNDERWORLD! AND IN ADDITION, TO GET YOU OUT OF THERE, SHE HAS TO GIVE HERSELF TO THAT CRUEL HADES! HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR FOOLISHNESS, AND REPENTED ON IT?!!!"
Eva's forehead creased a little, just a little. She could not stand the way Arian was lecturing; he had no right to do so. He always ill-treated Skylar when she was around, for Yisheigai's sake! And yet......whatever he was saying was so, so true......
"And now, you will pay for your mistakes!" Arian gripped her wrist and flung her onto the ground.
Eva was really afraid now. There was a fire in Arian's eyes she had never seen before. She had under-estimated him all this while, and did not know that a scorned God's wrath might be even greater than a woman's (Even after he had crushed her brain a few chapters ago). She tried to crawl feebly away from him, but somehow, due to shock or some other reason, her limbs were weak and could not listen to her brain's commands.
Arian had caught up with her in no time.
"Haehaehaehae......you must be wondering why you can't move. That's because I have used my powers to immobilise your body! Try as hard as you want, but you will never break out of this unless I release you, or I was killed! Read my mind all you want, I'm going to tell you my motive anyway......" Arian lifted her chin up roughly with his finger. "If I recall correctly, one of your promises to Skylar was to fufill her wishes!" He slowly advanced his lips towards hers, for he wanted to prolong her pain as long as it suited him...... "And her greatest wish.......was to make me happy!!"
She stared at him in great horror as his great maw of a mouth advanced towards hers......
Eva laid very still on the floor. The horrible scenes just kept reappearing in her mind, filling her with dread and emptiness. It was as if her soul had left her body, floating above and looking down on her. Why???? She cried silently. Why did this have to happen to me? What wrong have I done? What little that was left of Eva has been taken away by that bastard Arian! Even if it were Skylar's body......but it was me inside who suffered the abuse doled out by him! Physical, and mental abuse! I swore upon my life that I would only give myself to the one I love, and no one else! But it is he who takes it......why????
A shudder went through her bare body. However, it was not the lack of clothes that had caused this shudder. Neither was the wind causing it. No, the source came from deep inside her heart. Even if it were a hundred degrees Celcius, she still would not be able to curb this shivering cold that was running through her body and could be felt in the marrow of her bones.
Arian saw her shudder. Oh yes he saw it, and he felt immensely satisfied. More satisfied than he had felt when he lashed his whip upon her again and again. A snort escaped from him suddenly. My, my......this is dangerous. I am rapidly becoming...what do they say...hentai? Well, if I'm mentally unbalanced, he thought darkly, it's not my fault!
"Ngahahahahahaha...snort...snort...ahahahahhahaha!!!" He let out a series of weird, shiver-inducing laughter and snorts while exiting from the room......
This night, Eva lost something precious that she never thought possible to lose, and received something that she didn't want if her life had depended on it......
Ulaine, the all-knowing Mother God had seen the whole thing on her crystal ball. Her heart went out for Eva. The child has suffered much, she thought. However, she did not go to her assistance, even if she could. For she knew that if she intervened, Arian would most certainly do something foolish like withdraw from Operation: World Domination. And Skylar's sacrifice would have gone to waste.
"You can fool yourself, or others, but you can't fool me! Don't think that I do not know the real reason that you didn't intervene! You just value the power of World Domination more than your daughter's well-being! I'm sick of you Yisheigains! Sick! And you blame me for your bad luck! You brought this upon yourself!"
Ulaine looked towards the sky in fear......
Creator (mumbling): Hmmmmph, but you do use your ass to think. And it's not just lazy, it's dead!
Mikamiko: WHAT DID YOU S...
