J.S.institute of Banking and Careers was founded in 1991 at 
Bangalore as an institution of excellence to provide banking related
ducation to aspiring bankers as well as experienced bank personnel,
both officers and assistants.Three main objectives of the institution
are to provide intensive,personalised,class-room training,conducting
high level seminars and workshops on topics and issues of relevance
to bankers, and publishing books and periodicals of interest to the 
banking community.
	Over the last about 10 years ,the Institute has grown in stature and 
the range of facilities it provides. It has trained a large number of bank 
personnel in various aspects of banking such as loan appraisals, financing
small and medium enterprises,treasury management,forgein exchange,asset 
liability management,managing rural business,human resources management ,More 
than 5000 personnel who have gone through the intensive coaching offered by 
the institute have acquired better skills and have been benefited .
