This is Aaron about halfway through the heat in the middle of the track looking for some action.
It's getting toward the end of the heat, and the car is still looking pretty stout.
Here is Aaron coming around the corner getting ready to go nose to nose with a solid vic.
Aaron is pulling off the track after winning the heat. Notice the caved in roof, thats from the rear tire of a hard 73 chevy wagon that Aaron drove under. When they seprated the wagon ripped his tranny pan on Aarons rear fin and was the last car eliminated.
From left to right, Aaron, Tommy and R.J. examine the front corner of the car and discuss what needs to be done before the feature.
