In the top toolbar click on Effects, Edge, Enhance.



Now go to your top toolbar and click on Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow.



A window will open. Enter settings as shown below and click OK.



You will now have a row of marching ants around your name and the drop shadow effect.



Go to the top toolbar and click on Selections, Select None.
