	Victory! Judge Felts of the Allen Circuit Court ruled Aug. 8 on the merits of CCWP's lawsuit against DNR and the DeKalb County Surveyor for removing logjams in the Scenic River in 2002. The judge ruled that DNR did not properly take account of "cumulative effects" in issuing the permit for the work! DNR and the surveyor have until Sept. 7 to appeal. Congratulations to attorney Dave Van Gilder for his skill and patience in winning this imnportant ruling!
