Opened Jan. 1992; Seating capacity 11,500
First event hosted: NCAA Men's Volleyball Final Four (1992) Was originally named University Arena before it was renamed in honor of former University President John E. Worthen in June of 2000. Worthen campaigned to fund the arena in the late 80's.
