Hot Crab Dunk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix together:
1/3c. mayonnaise
1T. confectioners sugar
1T. dry white wine
1T. minced onion
1t. mustard
1/2t. garlic salt
1/4t. salt
6-10oz. crabmeat (or imitation)
Topping:
Chopped parsley & paprika
Put all mixed ingredient in a greased one quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with toppings. Bake 15 min.
Serve with Ritz crackers, saltines, or melba toast.



Stuffed Dill Bread

1 round loaf rye or pumpernickle.
Mix in large bowl:
1c. mayonnaise
1c. sour cream
2t. seasoned salt
2t. parsley
2t. minced onion
2T. dill
Cut the top of bread loaf off and cube. Cut center of bread out and cube.
Fill center of bread with Dill Dip. Serve surrounded by bread for dipping.



Hot Artichoke Dunk

Combine:
1 can artichokes, drained and smashed
1c. grated parmesean cheese
1c. grated mozerella cheese
1c. mayonnaise
2T. grated onion
1 dash garlic powder.
Pour into greased casserole, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.
Serve with crackers, toasted pita bread, or raw vegetables.
