The Blackdawn Land

Starting in the North. In the Northern region of Blackdawn, it is mainly Mountainous, and rocky. The land region is called Artar. The mountains are also called The Artar Mountains. They are seventeen miles wide, and thirty-two miles long. They stretch around the border of Blackdawn. Covering the Northwest corner to the Northeast. The peak of the mountain stands at 16,576 feet in elevation. With snow-covered tips, the Mountains serve as a great defense strategy to the northern parts of the Artar. The Artar Mountains, has recently been introduce to the mineral of gold. Crucially the gold will be mind, but the lack of ways to mine it are slim in the kingdom, and the full start of the dig will be but a very long time. Two outposts are held in the Artar, One on the northeastern boundary and one on the northwestern. The temperature in the Artar region ranges 60 degrees on the warmest day, and about below 20 degrees on the cold days. The Artar region spreads about sixty miles away from capital town of Blackdawn, which is also called Dawn. The capital town of Blackdawn is where the castle is held, and where the entire main goings is located.

Moving to the west, in the west is the forest of Dawn, which surrounds the capital city of Dawn. The Dawn Forest holds many various type of game including, deer, squirrel, fox, wolf, peasant, and many other types. Bear may be seen in the forest of Dawn, as they travel down the mountains of Artar. Many streams run from the mountains into the forest to create many great fishing spots. The most common fish seen are the freshwater salmon, and the many types of bluegill. There are also numerous different types of trees, which flutter the forest, including Pulpwood, the tree made to create paper. Pine, maple, birch, and poplars are some of the many different trees. Many choose to dwell in the peaceful forest of Dawn, which spreads over a landmass of 26 miles. With many lakes, streams, and animals. On the outer edges of the forest there are many outpost to protect the land from the west and southwest borders of Blackdawn, this region is included in the capitol region of Dawn.

To the south and southeast is the long stretch of plains. This is where the main link to Strom by underground ways, will be dug. The region where the plane is located is called the Apalas. The Apalas plain spreads over 70 miles, reaching the kingdom of Strom. It is a hot and muggy climate in the plains. Having many different types of plains animals, it’s a wonder to visit, but not so great to live, still some wish to live here.

Moving to more upper East is where most wish to live. It is another subsection of Dawn, and varies from forest to plain, with many clear lakes, and springs. It seems to be the most peaceful of all regions, with moderate temperature. It is the most likely place to live for the towns people.
