BOUNTIES AND RATIONS CAVALRY $30 powder bounty to mounted cavalry (only). Current Cogging required.
INFANTRY Powder ration to the first 225 arriving at the event.
ARTILLERY $150 powder bounty for full scale (57" wheels and full length tube), or $125 powder bounty for full scale mountain howitzers (all guns must be approved by the overall artillery safety commander). Guns must also participate in Saturday's night artillery firing to receive the full bounty. No new Mortars will not be allowed other than those that have been pre-approved.

LADIES AND CHILDREN COMPETITION: FASHION SHOW Monetary gifts for the following categories: Ladies Day Dress (novice and advanced) Ladies Work Dress (novice and advanced) Ladies Ball Gown (novice and advanced) Adult Open Category - two Child's Work Clothing Child's Better Clothing Child Open Category Ladies and Children Fashion Show Competition - Judging starts at 2 p.m. in back of Fashion Show Tent. Ball Gown Competition - Judging starts at 8 p.m. at Tent #1. Announcement of the Winners for the Ladies and Children Fashion Show and Ball Gown Competition - 9 p.m. at the Ball location in the Field near the small cabin.. Winners of the Competition will be posted Sunday Morning at the tent of Teresa Downs. Winners of the competitions not attending the Ball must pick up their award and certificate before the event ends on Sunday.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
PARKING Paved parking lot for cars just across from camps. For RVs needing modern hookups; Wildwood Outdoor Escape Camp Ground at 0520 W. 300 N., in Hartford City. Located less than 3.75 miles from the CW site. Phone 765-348-2100. LODGING Those choosing not to stay over night at the re-enactors camp area have the option of sleeping at the 4H Building (with rest rooms) or at a nearby hotel (Relax Inn, phone no. 1-765-348-1403). All are within 2 miles of the event grounds. Additional lodging available at Interstate 69 and St. Rd. 22. Gas City and Upland exits. Approximately 12 miles form event.
CAMP ACCOMMODATIONS AND ACTIVITIES Plenty of military and civilian camp sites available. Straw is provided, one half bale per person. Hay will be provided for mounted cavalry. Fire wood also provided and located near all camps. Free Saturday evening meal served to all re-enactors. Other activities: Ladies tea, fashion show (competition), cooking contest, battle, skirmishing, and on-going entertainment. Saturday night will feature night time artillery firing, mini-concert, Lincoln address and Military Ball. Sunday: church service, tactical, skirmishing, pay call, and battle.

REGISTRATION: REGISTRATION FEES Sutlers are required to pay a $50.00 registration fee. All money collected from these fees will be used to help pay for the event. There are no re-enactor fees.
