This is an investigation of the FBI's use and ABUSE of informants
- particularly in Boston, over the last 40 years!
NOTE: If you are from the Boston area, or familiar with the news in this area, you will see that this case with James Rodwell is a duplicate of the cases involving Joseph Salvati and also Peter Limone (recently released). The names may change, but the same injustice exists here.

The enormity of the injustice of an innocent person falsely convicted and sentenced to spend the rest of their adult life behind prison bars is in itself a crime of major proportions.
A crime of major proportions has been committed against James Rodwell - right here in Massachusetts!
Jimmy has been confined to a jail cell for more than 18 years now,
almost half his life, for a crime
HE DID NOT COMMIT!
A CRIME HE HAS PROVEN HE DID NOT COMMIT!!
The "system" convicted James Rodwell by using the
testimony of a "paid" informant;
a stoolie, a snitch,
who in turn used Jimmy to play a "Get Out of Jail Free" card.
You'll see in these pages how Jimmy was framed, how a stoolie, David Nagle, was given a deal by a Massachusetts State Trooper, as stated in an affidavit by the then Suffolk County District Attorney Nelson.
You will see just how much information and evidence was withheld from the jury, by the prosecutor, including a crucial piece of evidence, that of a police report which contained a statement from an eyewitness, indicating that someone else was the shooter --NOT JAMES RODWELL.
The police report fell on deaf ears because the prosecutor and the state police approached this witness and stated:
"IF YOU REMEMBER WHAT YOU SAW, YOU WILL
BE CHARGED WITH THIS CRIME AS AN ACCESSORY."
You will see obstruction of justice, prosecutorial misconduct, perjury and jury tampering.
The following two feature articles, Boston Magazine's investigative feature report back in March, 1991, appropriately titled "Snitch", and Worcester Magazine's investigative feature report "Screwed" in October, 1998, give results of the investigation, conversation with the stoolie and even a juror quoted as saying they were given an "all or nothing choice"!! The same juror is quoted as saying she was surprised to learn of key prosecution witness David Nagle's lengthy criminal record and his background as a paid informant - something she didn't hear at the trial - that evidence was withheld!!
Jimmy has proven his innocence beyond any doubt. In June of 1983, Associate Justice Lynch of the Supreme Judicial Court, remanded the case back to the original trial Judge, Alan Dimond, for review, consideration and appropriate action. In other words, even the judge saw reason to give Jimmy a new trial, but Jimmy was NEVER heard. He never got a hearing! Cover-up? Now YOU be the judge. It's obvious, it's sickening, it's a disgrace!!! The prosecutor, the state police and all those who "KNEW" about the evidence that would clear Jimmy, those who KNEW he was innocent, deliberately withheld information and evidence that would have proven without a doubt that Jimmy had nothing to do with this crime.
The so-called "case" against James Rodwell is full of holes, lies, perjury, secrets, coverup, informants, you name it - it's in here.
We have ANOTHER innocent man in jail!
We need to take a hard look at this because it's fast becoming too commonplace, too easy, for district attorneys, lawyers, judges and the like, to misuse and abuse their authority. It is all too familiar these days to read about cases of injustice, but what's worse is NOT MANY PEOPLE are willing to speak up and help.
Think about this - it could be you! It could be me. This makes me ill, it should make you sick too.
